Apartment with private entrance in a Ligurian house from the 1800s. Typical Ligurian environment very familiar. Entrance with dining room and kitchenette, then spacious and bright open space, a bedroom with a double bed 180x200 with a beautiful sea view. In the open space we have two sofa beds 160 x 80 and a booth, so as to give privacy during the night but also to be able to live the space easily during the day. Just renewed with classic furniture combined with modern details; we have included some phrases about the fishermen and some popular sayings of our territory, with some old photos of the fishermen and the local lifestyle. Complete renovation of bathroom, fittings, floors, air conditioning, paintings, curtains, linen. Functional bathroom with comfortable shower 140 x 80, spacious cellar. Parking at 30 Mt, bike / motorbike at 10 meters. Ideal for families and young couples for a holiday in the west of Liguria. Nearby free beaches and bathing establishments, the port, the parks and the historic center with its vaunted restaurants

Gradevole, spazi idonei per chi non ha molte pretese i 30mt dal mare sono veritieri per chi ama non muovere più l'auto. L'unica pecca essendo sul piano stradale il rumore quasi incessante della statale. Nel complesso tutto bene.

Séjour agréable et maison adaptée pour notre petite famille.

Nous avons pu profiter de la mer à deux pas et dans l'intimité, vraiment pratique et agréable. Le lieu est assez proche du centre, beaucoup de passage avec la via Aurelia et le train passant tout près. Nous avons fait un bon séjour et avons été cordialement accueillis.

vacanza riuscita per il secondo anno!!

Per il secondo anno consecutivo io e i miei bimbi abbiamo passato una piacevole vacanza nella casetta del signor Federico,persona molto cordiale e disponibile. La vicinanza con la spiaggia mi ha facilitato molto il tragitto con due bimbi piccoli. Due ottime camere matrimoniali spaziose. Cucina piccola,ma completa di tutto. Nelle vicinanze la passeggiata sul lungomare di Bordighera,con gelaterie,giostre,mercatini. E poi in macchina si può raggiungere in poco tempo Sanremo o anche la Francia. Ci torneremo!!

Ottima soluzione vicinissima al mare

Ottima posizione,vicinissima al mare. Mio marito,i miei bimbi ed io ci siamo trovati molto bene. La descrizione nell'annuncio è veritiera. La casa è pulita. L'unica pecca: la statale....il rumore delle auto era fastidioso,ma ci siamo abituati subito. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e cortese. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
