Beautifully remodeled mountain modern ski in/shuttle out 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8-corner unit with views of the mountains and town, perfect for families. All new carpet, Luxury vinyl plank flooring, refinished charcoal kitchen cabinets with quartz counters, and gorgeous new Bathroom!

This is the BEST location in Breckenridge. Park your vehicle in the covered garage and don't get back into it until you leave. One block walk to historic Breckenridge downtown for shopping and dining. Hop on the free shuttle/bus, only a few steps from the condo, to get to your favorite peak to ski or walk 5 minutes to the Gondola or Snowflake Lift.

Ski down Four O' Clock run at the end of the day and end up at the condo. Beautifully decorated with a mountain modern theme and custom log beds to enhance your mountain experience. In the summer months, leave your window open and let the natural stream sound lull you to sleep in the master bedroom.

Create family memories while sitting in front of the stone gas fireplace, watching your favorite shows or movies on our new smart TV's, playing a board game, or having a glass of wine watching the skiers come down Four O'Clock at the end of the day.

Sawmill Creek amenities include shared hot tubs, shared gas grills, space for 1 vehicle, and an elevator.

There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary supplies to cook and a dining table that seats 6.

Complimentary WiFi, W/D, 3- large Flatscreen smart TV's, DVD's, and board games in the Living Room.

Parking is limited to 1 vehicle with overflow parking available for a fee at the Airport Rd. lot (breckpark.com).

There is no Air Conditioning, due to the mild high alpine climate.

If driving, make sure to check CDOT for road conditions and traffic. Always allow yourself plenty of time to get to DIA during peak season as traffic can get heavy.

We are not liable for personal property left. We will do our best to recover it but there are no guarantees.

Diana, the host is very friendly and responsive. This is our second time in this rental, we love it! Parking on site (for one vehicle), steps away from the local bus stop, can ski in if you prefer, adequate linens, great cooking supplies, clean, and walking distance from local downtown businesses and restaurants. Diana was very responsive, flexible, and clear in her communication, making our stay seamless with the rest of our first adventure to Breck. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Shuttle stop is right next to the complex for easy access to the lifts. Skiing back was simple enough and actually a fun run to end the day. The condo was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. Perfect layout for relaxing and spending time together, kitchen is spacious and equipped with anything you could want for cooking and preparing meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful! Just a couple minutes walk to town or to the gondola to access the mountain. Hot tubs are a great addition for relaxing at the end of the day! The owners are gracious and helpful, making sure our stay was wonderful. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in town!

This is the best condo we’ve stayed in at Breckenridge out of four years! It’s beautifully updated and roomier than places we’ve visited before. It had hooks in the hallway for all our jackets/bags. The master bathroom has ample space, great shower pressure, two large drawers to store our toiletries and plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything we needed and the huge counter came in handy. We absolutely loved the layout of the living room, kitchen and dining area, how it was all one big space. It was great for entertaining my brother-in-law’s family and there was plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. The freezer has an ice maker, which was very helpful. The washer and dryer worked great. The keyless entry was very convenient too for our kids to come in and out. And the owner is quick to respond, which I appreciate greatly! We highly recommend this VRBO!

Had plenty of everything we needed, like extra towels for the hot tubs. Parking entailed a tight squeeze to enter but there’s parking out front for larger vehicles. We skied all the way back to our unit which was awesome. Kitchen was well appointed, the living room had plenty of seating. The whole place was cozy. Washer and dryer were clutch. Ski locker at the front door was convenient. A simple walk to the middle of town which we did quite a bit; it’s like 2 small blocks. Bathrooms were nice, beds were in good shape. It looks like the photos.

We moved to Colorado from the midwest (Iowa and Minnesota) in 2001 and 2003. We fell in love with the mountains and especially Breckenridge CO. We were both very good skiers when we started dating but wanted to try something new. We started snowboarding and the experience (and pain) that we had is probably one of the reasons we got married (according to my husband). We got married in 2006. We had our twins in 2009. Then we bought our condo in 2011. We LOVE this mountain, town, and condo. We love that it is more than a ski resort. It has a very lively town that offers so many activities, events, and fun things to do. It is a family friendly town. It offers awesome restaurants and festivals, Oktoberfest, Url'r fest, International Ice Carving competition, and Santa races with a Burmese Mountain dog parade. Summers provide a great deal of new activities including biking, fishing ,rafting, boating and hiking. The Peak 8 Fun Park offers activities for the whole family including an Alpine Slide, Roller Coaster, Zip Line and Ropes Course . Unfortunately, our children are getting older and busier in sports and activities, so we have decided to share our little piece of heaven, "Mount'n Condo" as we call it.
