Covid-19 safety: Our cleaners will wear masks and disinfect all high touch areas and fresh linens will be turned over with each rental. Our unit has an open air stairway and entrance. The town of Breckenridge has lifted all mask requirements but certain businesses may still require use of a mask.
Non-Smoking, large one bedroom, two bath condominium with spacious sleeping loft bedroom is situated on ski run. Ski to the back-door via Four O'Clock Ski Run, ski out 200 steps to the Snowflake Lift. Top floor and only one common wall makes for a quiet location (Sorry no elevator!!).
Unit has heated garage, and one extra parking spot in front of garage. The garage is large enough to park a standard SUV such as a Ford Explorer.
Large windows with southeast view. Watch the sun come up over Mount Baldy from the kitchen table. Fantastic views of Mount Baldy from the large deck. Fully stocked kitchen, new appliances. New large high-top dining table, seats six, ceramic floor and counters.
Master bedroom with new king size bed. Master Bedroom window opens up to Sawmill Creek which is very relaxing in the summer/fall.
Gas fireplace and full bathroom on main level. Spacious loft has one queen and two double-size beds. Second bathroom with shower in loft. Loft also has its own TV and DVD player.
Just two blocks from the Main Street of Breckenridge.
It is a short walk to newly remodeled upper village swimming pool and hot tubs. Swimmers can swim under a wall to the outside! Pool access is closed from mid/late September until opening ski weekend and from mid April until Memorial Day.
Note to summer visitors, our condo like most all in Breck does not have AC. July is the warmest month and the temperature rarely gets above 75 and evening/night temps are in the 50s. We have plenty of fans.
Notes on Snowflake Lift and 4 O'Clock Run:
Snowflake lift is generally open before Thanksgiving Weekend. Early season snowfall amounts dictate when lower 4 O'Clock Run is open down to the condo. In general the skiing down to the snowflake lift is open in early December and down to the condo by mid December. The snowflake lift usually closes around mid-April, depending on snow conditions. Access to Peak 8 after that is via bus or the gondola.
We highly suggest guests purchase Travel Insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel or have trip a interruption. Previous guests have had really good luck with Travel Guard as they offer different plans, i.e. "cancel for any reason").

Our family has been vacationing in Breckenridge since the early 90's. We love the outdoor activities available, especially skiing and cycling. We have season passes and ski as often as we can.

The view from the kitchen, living room and deck. Nothing beats the view you get with your cup of coffee in the morning.
