Apartment in private villa, pool and sea view

Located in Mandelieu (Cannes) 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the beaches.
Beautiful sea view and Esterel mountains.

The 30 m² apartment consists of:
Entrance opening onto terrace,
Main room with open kitchen, sofa bed,
Separate sleeping area, bunk beds,
Shower room with shower and toilet.

Equipment: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, microwave, TV, wifi etc ...
Access to the swimming pool (9 x 5m), from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The use of the swimming pool is shared with the owners.
No vis-à-vis, neither on the terrace nor on the swimming pool area.
Ideal for family of 4. Extra bed possible (baby).
Baby equipment available on request (cot, high chair).
Basic necessities provided (for cooking and maintenance)
Animal not admitted
Non-smoking apartment
The cleaning at the end of the stay must be done by the tenant.
Arrival is possible on weekdays, depending on the availlability. PLease contact me;

Tolle Wohnung und super Vermieter

Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen, der auch noch super gut deutsch spricht. In der Wohnung war alles notwendige vorhanden (Klima, Kühlschrank, Herd, Geschirr, Sonnenschirm etc.), sogar eine Flasche Wasser und Wein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die tolle Aussicht, den sauberen Pool etc. sehr genießen. Die Lage ist auch perfekt: Nach Mandelieu an die Burg kommt man in ca. 10-15 Minuten, nach Cannes in 25 min. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très bon accueil

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, avec une intention appréciable à notre arrivée. Sur les hauteurs de Mandelieu la vue est magnifique sur l’Esterel et la mer, la proximité de l’autoroute permet un accès rapide à de nombreux sites touristiques à voir, Nice et sa promenade, Monaco et son faste, Cannes et sa Croisette, Grasse et ses parfums mais pas que, à chacun ses envies ! Comme pour tout possesseur de piscine, ceux sont surtout les autres qui en profitent ! Effectivement, bien que partagée, elle est presque uniquement pour la location. Nous y avons passé un séjour agréable.

Fantastic host and view!

Our stay at Les Termes with Serge and his family was fantastic! They are so friendly and helpful and made our stay truely pleasent. The view from the house is amazing, and the small flat was very clean, and has everything you need for a nice stay at Mandelieu. The pool and terrace was very pleasent, and was just what we needed for our stay. We hope very much to come back some time soon :-) Best regards, Annette

Traumurlaub an der Côte d’Azur

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war schön sauber und der Pool auch. Ganz besonders haben uns die Dinge für unser Baby begeistert. Ein Hochstuhl, ein Reisebett und eine Baby Badewanne waren auch vorhanden. Der Ort und die Umgebung sind echt ein Traum! Ich kann euch die Reise zu diesem Haus Und Ort nur empfehlen!
