About this property

Villa with pool, sea view and Esterel Massif with terrace of 100m2

On two floors, Villa "LA RIVIERA" is located on the hill of Tanneron facing the sea and the Esterel mountains. 1km200 from the exit of the motorway, 3km from the beach and 7km from Cannes, it is easily accessible by a large secure boulevard (surveillance cameras).

Arrived on the parking located at the top of the house, you will descend a large staircase which leads you, on his right, to the entrance of the villa and on his left, to our painting workshop.
Facing south, in the middle of a forest of mimosa, it dominates the plain and looks up to the sea and the red mountains of the Esterel massif. Its large terrace, with its plancha, is an exceptional space of leisure which will offer you unforgettable evenings!

A small gym will allow you to keep fit with its weight bench, bike or rower ... with vision, the Mediterranean park and the sea!

Super séjour

La Villa correspond parfaitement aux photos et le cadre est top. La vue est superbe et la piscine privée sur la terrasse, ainsi que la présence de chaises longues et de trois grands parasols, sont un vrai plus pour des après-midi/soirées détendues et conviviales. Les deux petits points un peu dommage : - Il n'y a qu'une seule place de parking. Les autres voitures doivent se garer dans le virage à cheval sur la route. On a eu la chance de pouvoir profiter de celle des voisins qui sont partis pour la semaine, mais ça ne sera pas toujours le cas. - L'agencement des chambres est un peu étrange. Pour accéder à la grande chambre qui contient la baignoire, il faut soit passer par la petite chambre avec deux lits simples, soit passer par la salle de bain qui a donc deux entrées : le couloir et la chambre. Au final, cela ne laisse qu'une seule salle de bain avec douche, ce qui peut être un peu juste pour six adultes. La climatisation dans les grandes chambres est suffisante, sous réserve de laisser la porte entre la petite et la grande chambre ouverte, pour que la petite soit suffisamment fraiche la nuit. L'absence de climatisation dans le salon / cuisine, au niveau en dessous, n'est pas un problème. Il y fait plus frais que dehors si on garde les volets fermés au plus fort de l'exposition dans l'après midi et qu'on ne laisse pas les portes fenêtres ouvertes en permanence. La Villa est bien équipée et nous n'avons rencontré aucun souci durant notre séjour.

Gesamteindruck gut, Aufteilung WCs und Badezimmer nicht optimal, da eines der WCs innerhalb eines Schlafzimmers gelegen. Auf der Terrasse zu heiss trotz Sonnenschirmen, deren Abschirmeffekt mangelhaft ist. Einbau einer guten Markise dringend empfohlen. Insgesamt aber sehr schöner Urlaub.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Effectivement, cette année a été exceptionnellement chaude. Jusqu’à présent nous n’avions pas besoin de climatisation, seule l’action de fermer les volets et de faire un courant d’air suffisait pour abaisser la température. Nous avons pris note de votre remarque et installerons la climatisation dans les chambres pour la saison prochaine. Cordialement Bernard Meunier
