Welcome to our home which is nestled within the quiet Sylvan Hills neighborhood of the City of Atlanta. You are invited to enjoy full and private access to our home with its 3 bedrooms and 2 1/5bathrooms. The home is a 10 minute walk from the 50-acre Perkerson Park, 7 minutes from Tyler Perry Studios, 10 minutes from Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta Airport, 10 minutes from Atlanta Beltline and 15 minutes from Downtown Atlanta.

Be careful in choosing the neighborhood

Home was nicely decorated but sparse. The yard is terribly unkept full of branches and old brown leaves that are covering the back 100% overAll cleanliness is lacking, there was hair in each of the tubs, refrigerator interior was dirty, windowsill behind sofa has dead bugs and a gummy bar. Lacks ameneties, no coffee maker, no toaster, limited silverware.. no baking sheets. No extra bed pillows for fourth sleeping area. Overall disappoinyed with the rental. Location was my fault for not researching the actual neighborhood beyond distance from City center. Many many rough and falling apart homes surrounding the rental.

Awesome place to stay

We had a great time staying at this house. Very clean and up to date. Had everything we needed for our few day trip.
