Spacious deck with dining table overlooking the big backyard with a basketball hoop. There are two master suites with en suite bathrooms, one has a king sized bed! No smoking is allowed in the house or on the balcony. There is a $350 charge if that happens. The house was fully renovated in 2022. There are two master suites, with attached full sized bathrooms. One of the master suites in on the opposite end of the house, the other is near the other two bedrooms. Four bedroom with a dedicated workspace. There are security cameras around the house outside only. Events of up to 20 people are allowed if: 1. The event is disclosed and approved by the host 2. Will pay an extra $250 on top of the fees for the stay 3. Accept responsibility for any damage incurred by your guests. 4. The event would take place between the hours of 8am - 8pm. Seating for 20 is provided outside in the backyard at no additional charge. Tables and chairs are set up on the cement square. There are cameras outside all around the house including the door bell camera. The cameras around the house record constantly while the door bell camera records only when motion is detected. The door bell camera captures audio and video. Guests are NOT allowed to turn off the cameras or the internet. Please no parking on the grass! Only park on the parking pad. There is no parking allowed on the street in front of the house. Additional parking allowed on side streets.
