Moneglia apartment with splendid sea view
Rent apartment of 70 square meters in Moneglia, splendid sea view, 5/10 minutes walk from the beach, sleeps 5, with two double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen, it is rented all year round.
The apartment is equipped with TV, dishwasher and washing machine. There are no sheets and towels that must be brought by guests
Possibility of garage adjacent to the apartment from 50 euros per week
In case of monthly rents the rates will be different.
10 euros per week per person for electricity and water are to be added
and as regards gas, a reading will be made on arrival and one on departure and will cost 3.00 euros per cubic meter.
The apartment must be delivered clean and tidy as you will find it. otherwise an additional 20 euros will be charged for extra cleaning
The municipal tourist tax is 3 euros per person per night for the first three nights only, so it will be 9 euros per person per week excluding children under 14 who do not have to pay the tourist tax.
The apartment must be vacated by 10 am while arrivals would be welcome between 11 and 13, otherwise we agree without problems
