An idyllic location in th...

An idyllic location in the hills between Sestri Levante and Moneglia (10 min drive). Very clean, renovated house with several vacation apartments. The owner and his family are very friendly, you can buy fresh bread and other local produce or have a meal on the terrace with a wonderful sea view.

"Clean & modern accommoda...

"Clean & modern accommodation in a beautiful environment. The apartment had everything we needed at a reasonable cost for a family of 4. We could walk to the town, which is also lovely with its shops & bakeries, & the beach, but energy is required as there are steeps hills & stony paths to get there. In the town there is also the railway station from which we took the train to Cinque Terre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & Constanzo''s & Nonno''s welcome."

Lovely days in Moneglia

Staying at Costanzo's has been a really nice experience on all fronts. The apartment has a lovely view, which is best enjoyed with a coffee in the morning or at dinner in the evening on the terrace. The terrace itself is also large enough to offer privacy from the other apartments. Moneglia and its beaches are easily reachable by car (though the road takes one or two times to get used to), by foot (a little exercise in 30+ degrees, but doable) or by bus. There are enough restaurants in the town, but we also had a fun time cooking in the large kitchen that is equipped with all the basics you need. Lastly, Constanzo and his family were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely book again. Cheers

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und groß. Die große und schön hergerichtete Terrasse wurde von uns jeden Morgen und Abend genutzt. Kann sogar bei Regen benutzt werden. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und die Mutter des Vermieters sehr geschäftstüchtig. Sie verkauft, Öl, Essig, Wurst, Käse etc. Der einzige Nachteil war die Lage der Wohnung (Entfernung und Anfahrt). Die Straßen dorthin sind sehr eng und steil. Ansonsten wunderschön.

Ferien im Paradies

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort. Es war toll, dass wir ganz viel Früchte, Gemüse, Wein und Oliven direkt bei der Nonna kaufen konnten - die Feigen wanderten von dem Feigenbaum in unserer Nähe direkt in unseren Mund! Der Ort ist weit ab von allem Trubel, wir konnten wunderbar entspannen, meditieren und all das ohne jegliche Elektrobelastung, also auch sehr zu empfehlen für Menschen, die elektrosensibel sind. Wir haben es auch sehr genossen ein Teil der Familie zu sein, alles war sehr herzlich und wertschätzend. Wir fühlen uns am Ende genährt und erholt. Danke für alles! Katharina&Michael&Doris

Sehr gastfreundliche Gastgeber

Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr nett und gastfreundschaftlich, man kann von der Nonna abends lecker bekocht werden und sie verkaufen auch ihren eigenen Wein, Käse, Wurst etc, auf Bestellung bekommt man auch Brot geliefert. Das Objekt und die Wohnungen sind sehr sauber, es ist schön gelegen und man kommt schnell nach Moneglia zum Bahnhof und kann dann recht schnell nach Genua oder La Spezia fahren. Einfache Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich mit drei anderen auf einer Ebene, ein Sichtschutz zwischen den Appartements ist nicht vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und einfach. Möglicherweise hängt es damit zusammen, dass das Haus unten im Ort In einem Immobilienbürozum Verkauf angeboten wird

ruhig, entspannt, sauber, herzlich und familiär

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr idyllisch in einem Oliven- und Obsthain, der von den Eltern des Vermieters bewirtschaftet wird. Es herrscht eine familiäre und herzliche Athmosphäre. Die Nonna des Hauses bäckt auf Bestellung Brot und kocht Abendessen. Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung (vergleichbar mit einem Restaurantbesuch) - praktisch v.a. auch mit einem kleinen Kind und dem Vorteil nicht mehr Autofahren zu müssen und den guten Hauswein genießen zu können. Im kleinen Hofladen gibt es sehr gute, selbstproduzierte Lebensmittel zu kaufen: Olivenöl, Wein, Salami, Oliven, Tomaten, Nüsse, Gewürze, Marmelade, Käse und vieles mehr... Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Weg zur Ferienwohnung ist ein bißchen abenteuerlich, allerdings je öfter man ihn fährt, desto leichter empfindet man ihn und er ist es wert, gefahren zu werden! Der Vermieter ist sehr entgegenkommend, sympatisch und hilfsbereit! Der Strand bzw. auch der Ortskern (mit Bahnhof) von Moneglia ist in 7 bis 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Unser Fazit: gerne wieder und empfehlenswert!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, ein fantastischer Ausblick und nette Vermieter haben uns einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub beschert. Die angebotenen Bioprodukte sind sehr zu empfehlen und die auch die Küche der Hausherrin sehr gut.

"We had a most delightful...

"We had a most delightful week with Costanzo and his family - Grandma spoiled us with her fresh pasta, pizza, and bread accompanied by Costanzo's excellent home made wine. Our unit was spacious and clean, and the terrace was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view over the hillside and water. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday!"

Unterkunft, sehr sauber und funktional, Sitzplatz zum draussen essen mit Sonnenschutz und Blick aufs Meer, Ausstattung, zweckmässig und auch sehr sauber, was fehlt erhält man bei der Vermieterfamilie R., Umgebung, mit Auto ca. 15 Min nach Moneglia, steile/z.T. enge Strassen mitten durch die Olivenhaine, zwei Wanderwege nach Moneglia, ca. 30 Min, guter Standort für Ausflüge nach Cinque Terre und andere Orte an der Küste, optimal mit dem Zug ab Bahnhof Moneglia Der Aufenthalt bei Famiglia R. hat uns sehr gut gefallen, der Kontakt mit der Familie (Kinder konnten mit Lorenzo spielen, man kann Olivenöl/Essig/Wein etc. kaufen, die Nonna Lina bäckt auf Bestellung Brot, Pizza, und macht Ravioli etc.) war sehr schön.

"Die Wohnung entspricht d...

"Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos sehr genau. Das Haus steht mitten in den Bergen und die Umgebung ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig. Alles wahr sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die kleine Stadt Moneglia sehr hübsch! Wer gern und viel kochen möchte, sollte etwas zusätzliche Küchenausstattung mitbringen (Messer, gute Pfanne!, Weingläser...), man kann dann die Küche prima nutzen und auf der Terrasse beim Essen die tolle Aussicht genießen. Wir fanden lediglich die Betten etwas unbequem, sonst war alles perfekt - daher würden wir dort gern wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen! "
