About this property

The house, at the edge of the water, is part of a private estate, very quiet, with a magnificent view of the harbor of Marseille.
Its area is 50 m2 in a closed garden of 1000 m2. We live there pleasantly to 6 people. There is a bedroom, a large living room with mezzanine, a kitchen and a bathroom ..
"Carry Le Rouet": in the heart of the blue coast, 20 km from Marseille, 30 km from Aix en Provence and 10 km from Martigues.
The house is located 100 meters from a beach. A treat to go swimming while forgetting the car (which can be parked in front of the garden).
The view of the sea is splendid: Friuli Islands, Bay of Marseille.
Whatever the season, all the activities of the sea are accessible while enjoying the sun of Provence and the view of the sea.
In addition to cultural walks in Provence or in the Aix region, it is possible to go hiking, biking, water sports

Einfaches Ferienhaus an paradiesischer Lage

Wie ein Relikt befindet sich dieses einfache Ferienhaus inmitten von lauter Villen direkt am Rand der Klippe über dem Meer, mit fantastischen Ausblick über das Meer und auf Marseille. Das Ferienhaus beinhaltet alles, was man braucht, sogar von der Küche sieht man direkt aufs Meer. Zu Fuss sind es etwa 3 Minuten zum Meer, welches dank Fischfangverbotszone zum Schnorcheln inmitten grosser Fischschwärme einlädt. Wir kommen sofort wieder!

Parfaite localisation face à la mer pour passer de belles soirées en extérieur profites des plages

En famille avec un petit de 3ans nous avons passé un très agréable séjour sur les plages et aux alentours. La localisation proche de tout nous a permis d’oublier la voiture et être à pieds. Cependant nous regrettons le manque de propreté de l’hébergement qui n’avait pas été nettoyé . Il y a beaucoup de moustiques et aucune moustiquaire donc prévoyez de vous équiper avant votre arrivée.
