Beautiful view

Outstanding trip and views. We enjoyed our stay in MeJean. The location was perfect for hiking and visiting the local calanques. The house was comfortable & had available all we needed for our stay. Great location for a holiday

It was absolutely peaceful and quiet with wonderful views. The check-in and check-out were easy. Swimming is possible within walking distance. We loved that you could go hiking right from the house. There are several hiking trails nearby, again with great views. As a guest you clean the house before you leave.

Like Heaven on Earth!

This place is simply heaven on earth! Won't forget the fantastic views to Cap Méjan and to Marseille from the terrace and our relaxed walks to Petit and Grand Méjan to swim into the crystal clear mediterranean sea. Hiking to other, hidden calanques, dining in one of the authentic and charming restaurants nearby - we loved it. Ètienne as a landlord is the most gentle and supportive host you can ever imagine! Thanks for two superb weeks!

Stay in Mejean

We have stayed at Etienne's house in the Calonque of Mejean. It was a extraordinary and spacious house with beautiful views and a short hike to the harbor and Calonque beach. All applications worked very well and are well kept, lots of glasses, plates and cutlery to be used. Etienne was very supportive and helpful, we felt well taken care of. The Calonque in Mejean is rather private and thus traveling in and out is a little cumbersome. If you want a quiet and beautiful place you are right in Mejean. We are thinking to return to Mejean one day.

Kein ganzes HausEs ist kein ganzes Haus, sondern nur eine zweistöckige Wohnung über der eine weitere Wohnung mit großer umlaufender Terrasse liegt. Diese "Penthouse" Wohnung wird von einem anderen Vermieter vermietet, in unserem Fall einmal nur für 1 Nacht, dann wieder jemand anderes.Innen ist die zweistöckige Wohnung nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand (außer Betten, Matratze und Bettzeug und WLAN/Fernseher)). Alles ist etwas abgewohnt (Fließen, Wände, Teppichboden) und hin und wieder wäre eine professionelle Grundreinigung wünschenswert. Die Wohnung punktet mit dem Bick und den zwei Terrassen, wobei die obere Terrasse von der Terrasse der "Penthouse" Wohnung sehr einsichtig ist. Uns hat das sehr gestört, wir hatten ja auch ein komplettes Haus (wie inseriert) gebucht. Der Blick ist wirklich sehr schön, aber der Blick von innen wurde durch verschmierte,ungeputzte Fenster sehr beinträchtigt.

Es hat alles soweit gut gepasst. Der Gastgeber ist gut erreichbar. Die Terrassen sind nachmittags im Schatten; dafür ist der Blick in die Bucht von Marseille super. Ansonsten ist der Ort hübsch und ruhig gelegen; die Nachtruhe ist also gegeben. Wir empfehlen lediglich eine Intensivreinigung der Wohnung im Monat.

Tolle Wohnung für Familien.

Wir waren als fünfköpfige Familie für eine Woche in der schönen Wohnung und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die zwei Ebenen bieten sich Möglichkeiten zum Rückzug und vor allem der Außenbereich mit den zwei Terassen ist sehr schön. Auch die Lage mit Bade- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Noch schöner wäre es, wenn die Endreinigung im Preis inbegriffen wäre.

Merci de ce beau témoignage. À noter que n’avons pas le temps matériel de faire nettoyer toute la maison entre la fin de séjour et l’arrivée des nouveaux locataires. La conciergerie qui intervient parfois a TOUTES « ses maisons » de la Côte bleue à nettoyer et préparer : le même jour, le samedi, et elle ne peut nous garantir de venir le matin ou en début d’après midi. Et il nous reste en effet l’ensemble des lits et chambres à refaire, à réinstaller, à vérifier,… Nous avons ainsi privilégié une arrivée tôt dans l’après midi pour les nouveaux arrivants afin qu’ils profitent au mieux du séjour.

Maison à la vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, la maison est très bien équipée et dispose de deux terrasses à la vue magnifique. einfach nur schön!

War es der Blick in die Bucht von einer der beiden Terrassen? Oder das Schwimmen gehen in einer der Buchten (unterhalb des Hauses oder die Bucht beim Bahnhof). Oder der Blick auf Marseille vom Haus aus? Ich kann mich nicht entscheiden, was ich schöner fand. Zugegebenermaßen hatte ich Respekt vor der Anfahrt in die Calanque, aber das legt sich nach dem zweiten Mal rumfahren. Der Aufenthalt war es auf jeden Fall Wert! Danke nochmal an Etienne!

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette Maison. Elle est spacieuse et dispose de grandes terrasses extérieures ombragées, très agréables. Beaucoup de charme et à quelques minutes à pied des plus belles criques de la côte bleue. On aurait presque envie de garder ce coin secret :)

Die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft ist recht abenteuerlich und echte eine Achterbahnfahrt ;-). Die wilde Schönheit der Calanque ist beeindruckend. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Wanderer oder Biker. Der Gastgeber ist mega sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Seine Tipps sind Gold wert: Feines Essen, tolle Strände und gute Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Tolle Lage, schön ruhig und direkt am Meer

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, es war alles so unkompliziert und großzügig, die Wohnung liegt wunderschön in einem nur von Anwohnern befahrbaren Gebiet, dadurch war es schön leer. In zehn Minuten zu Fuß ist man zur kleinen Bucht gelaufen, das ist zwar ein Kiesstrand, aber das Wasser ist schön klar und man kann super baden und schnorcheln. Außer uns waren meistens nur 2-4 andere Leute da. Man kann auch schöne Wanderungen am Meer entlang machen und ist schnell in Marseille. Man kann aber auch stundenlang auf der schönen Terrasse mit Meerblick sitzen und lesen :). Für uns war es wirklich ideal, vielen Dank!

beau séjour dans les calanques

Nous avons passé un très bon et beau séjour chez Etienne dans les calanques. Etienne est très accueillant et très réactif à chacune de nos demandes. Le gîte est tout à fait conforme aux photos et nous avions un magnifique point de vue sur la calanque de Méjean. Très bon point de départ pour découvrir les calanques de la côte bleu, je recommande.
