5 bedroom villa in hill - Handi-pool access - near Aix en Provence

This is our main house and is equipped as such, in general we are in week 2 but often 8 or 10 with children and grandchildren, so the facilities are accordingly. The site is quiet and we require our tenants RESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR particularly the noise that would be beyond normal practices, no screams, no horn, no loud music .... A neighbor will come weekly (or on request) to take care of the pool or in case of any technical problem. Cleaning charge of 120 euros
