Located 2 km from the perched village of GRAMBOIS, the property is located in a clearing of 12ha of which 8ha are exploited in vines and 4ha constitute the park of the residence composed of a country house, a house of friends and a caretaker's house, all with a magnificent view of the Luberon mountain range. The apartment for rent is full foot on the side of the entrance and the first floor on the opposite side because of the slope of the land. It benefits from the enjoyment of the park with access to a swimming pool and a tennis court.
