The North unit, Unit 3 at Crabtree Apartments is a quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bath, beachfront apartment unit, in a single story building (consisting of only 3 units) nestled on a sandy beach overlooking the turquoise Caribbean Sea. This unit has gorgeous views from almost every room and a wonderful covered beach side veranda that is yours alone, where you can listen to the gentle lapping of the sea and view the beautiful sunsets. Come enjoy our wonderful swimming and snorkeling beach, we have the best of both worlds and we are walking distance to town and restaurants.

Your private veranda is sure to be your favorite spot to relax. You will enjoy seeing the sea change from royal blue to turquoise as the sun rises higher in the sky, watching the sunsets over the horizon and gazing at the dazzling star splashed sky of the evening, all from your own comfortable sitting area on the veranda.

Grand Turk is a charming `Old World` Caribbean island with quaint colonial buildings lining the narrow walled streets. The local people are very friendly on this laid-back Caribbean island. This is a British governed island, the currency is the US dollar.

Introduction: What do we offer or how do we differ from the other rentals on Grand Turk? We were the first vacation rental to begin renting on Grand Turk 20 years ago. We have a long record with hundreds of satisfied guests. We also know that our guests feel comfortable in a homey space that is clean and relaxing. Our maid `Irsa` takes great pride in having the unit spic and span, clean and ready. We also know that our guests often travel a long way to get to Grand Turk, often arriving too late to grocery shop. We supply a few groceries in the unit ( like; water, bread, butter, eggs, orange juice, coffee tea, sugar, creamer, salt and pepper) to start our guests off. This way our guests can begin relaxing right away, go for a dip in the gorgeous sea, enjoy a dinner out and have breakfast in the AM on the veranda. Being fresh the next morning to start exploring the island and to find the grocery. Many of our happy guests are Crabtree `fans` that return again and again. We are located in one of the best and most desirable neighborhoods on Grand Turk. Some of our guests have said we have one of the best beaches for swimming and snorkeling.

Apartment Description: The North unit has a fully equipped kitchen (even a few spices if you plan on cooking), 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 bath with a large tile shower, dining/living room with wonderful views and opens to a large, private veranda. There are wonderful views from nearly every room in the unit and a gentle tropical breeze that constantly cools the apartment. Both the living room and one of the bedrooms open onto your own large beach front veranda where you will relax to the sound of the gently lapping waves. The second bedroom offers views of the Salina where you can watch the herons, plovers, pipers and other birds feeding. The veranda is sure to be your favorite place to relax, watch the boats go by and the osprey sail above the water. You might spy a humpback whale or catch a glimpse of the infamous `Green Flash`. This unit connects to Unit 2 (can be found here on Airbnb) with locking doors between the 2 units. This is great for bigger groups or families needing more bedrooms.

About our location: Crabtree Apartments are located on a lovely sandy beach with town and restaurants a pleasant 10 minute stroll. We have what most other apartment rentals and house rentals on Grand Turk don`t have - is a nice beach literally right outside your door and to be within walking distance to town and restaurants. (Not across the street or on the other side of the island.)

You will have access to everything within your rentals as well as a shared washer/dryer located in a shed on the property next to the units.
You also have 2 bicycles exclusively for your use with the rental. They are located in a shed next to the units close to the street. The trash collection bin is in a wood structure next the the units close to the street with the bikes.

We have a manager on Grand Turk who can assist you should you need anything. I do not live on Grand Turk, but I am available by phone or email.

About Grand Turk: Grand Turk is a small “Old World” Caribbean island. The island has maintained the charm of the colonial days due to the many antique colonial Bermudian buildings that line the walled streets. You’ll feel as though you stepped back in time as you venture out for an evening stroll. There are beautiful views from nearly every place you visit on the island. Some of the restaurants are seated on the edge of the beach, a romantic setting for a leisurely meal. The local people are friendly and welcoming. The Turks and Caicos are considered some of the safest in the Caribbean, they are British governed islands but the currency is the U.S. Dollar.

You can walk to town or several restaurants or bike about the island. 2 bicycles are provided with the unit. There are also taxi`s, rental cars and rental golf carts.
