About this property

New: Quiet detached villa with private pool and views of the Luberon

New detached villa (end of work April 2019) of 85m ² located in the heart of the Luberon Park in a very quiet and natural context.
This cottage is composed of two bedrooms including a master suite of 17m ² and a large bathroom.
The kitchen is new and fully equipped, including a large central island.
The private pool is included in a wooden terrace of 60m ² with pergola not overlooked.
Private outdoor areas include a bowling green and a barbecue with an unobstructed view of the Grand Luberon.
The location is ideal for nature lovers, hiking or cycling (departure from the cottage). The cottage is located 10 minutes from Gordes, 5 minutes from Bonnieux or 35 minutes from Avignon. Do not hesitate to contact us for any special request.

Leuk, comfortabel en koel huisje. Veel leuke plaatsjes en mooie landschappen in de omgeving. Rustig gelegen, maar voor wie absolute rust zoekt wat minder geschikt. Buiten waren de gasten van het aangrenzende domaine goed hoorbaar.

Location parfaitement fidèle au descriptif avec des prestations de qualité. Confortable & au calme, le logement est idéalement situé pour rayonner dans les différents villages du Luberon. Par ailleurs, pas avares de bons conseils pour mieux découvrir la région, Eva & Mathieu sont des hôtes très sympathiques & conviviaux soucieux du bien être de leurs locataires. Logement très agréable dans un cadre reposant

La maison toute neuve, bien décorée et très agréable se trouve en dehors du centre de Lacoste en pleine nature et sans vis-à-vis direct. Les propriétaires disponibles, mais très discrets habitent à 50m. Notre séjour a été parfait et reposant !

Prachtig huis op rustige locatie

De woning is zeer comfortabel en ruim ingericht. Klein, maar prima zwembad en mooi terras. Ligt afgelegen en vrij, alleen huis van de eigenaar is erachter, uit zicht, gelegen. Nadeel is dat er te weinig schaduw was( we waren er in juli). De zon staat de hele morgen op het terras en schijnt onder de overkapping. Na 13:00 prima. Temperatuur in huis blijft heerlijk koel dankzij airco. Vriendelijke, behulpzame eigenaar.
