Gérant était accueillant matelas mauvaise état sale cuisine petit mais passable cuisinière rouillé micro-ondes rouillé fer à repasser gâté dans la prestation il ya piscine mais il ya pas la parcelle pas vraiment propre sécurité sa va quartier aussi sa va grâce a gérant qu’on a senti un peu à l’aise

J’ai vu les bons avis ce qui m’a poussée à faire la réservation, mais j’ai réservé le 12 mai et j’ai pris contacte avec l’hôte le jour mm sans réponse de sa part jusqu’au 14 mai ( la date d’entrée ) j’ai appelé le service client qui ne l’a pas eut non plus il m’a enfin répondu le 16 mai donc 2 jours après le début de la réservation, après tous les multiples appels de ma part et du service client. Arrivé à Abidjan je n’avais nulle part où dormir entre le 14 et le 16 mai j’ai du réservé ailleurs , je lui ai demandé un remboursement qu’il a refusé car selon lui l’appartement était toujours disponible , Dieu merci que j’avais les captures d’écrans des appels émis vers l’hôte avant décollage et à l’arrivé le service client était désolé pour moi sans me trouvé de solution non plus je suis passé par PayPal pour le paiement et grâce à ça j’ai été aujourd’hui remboursé , j’ai pas trouvé ça honnête de la part de l’hôte c’est dommage voilà mon expérience

Désolé pour la gêne occasionnée mais nous sommes en Côte d'Ivoire et il arrive souvent qu'il y est des souci d'Internet, le problème a été résolu dans les heures qui suivent, de plus vous êtes arrivés plus tôt que l'heure prévu des entrées dans le logement du coup il est tout à fait normal que vous tombez sur l'entretien des lieux qui je vous rappelle est pour votre confort
