About this property

House in quiet hamlet. Garden and veranda facing south.

Our house is located in the center of the island, 2 minutes walk from a mini-market, 10 minutes from the large beach and the town, 15 minutes from the port.
The house faces south. It overlooks a 200 m2 garden, very peaceful. A wooden terrace will allow you to eat outside. The veranda will be your favorite room for reading, games or an aperitif. Books and tourist brochures are available. Board or outdoor games, books, landing nets, pencils and coloring pages for children. Animals are accepted with the prior agreement of the owners.
Heating is extra from October to April.

Petit havre de paix sur un coin de paradis!

Nous avons bcp aimé séjourner dans la maison d’Anne qui a été une hôtesse aux petits soins, toujours disponible et prête à rendre notre séjour agréable. La maison est charmante, à l’image de l’île qui ne vous invite qu’à une chose: y revenir!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison très bien située à l’île aux Moines, proche des plages et du bourg, à deux pas du supermarché de l’Île. La maison est totalement équipée, la véranda est très agréable même si nous avons surtout profité du jardin et de la terrasse grâce au beau temps. Nous souhaitons déjà revenir!

Une perle rare dans l'île aux Moines

L'île aux Moines est un petit coin de paradis et la maison d'Anne une perle rare. Dès les 1ers instants, on se sent comme chez soit dans cette maison de charme, très bien agencée et joliment décorée....où tout est vraiment pensé pour faciliter la vie des vacanciers. Bien située, à proximité du bourg et des commerces mais au calme et dans un îlot de verdure ..... c'est pour nous la maison idéale de vacances (nous avons eu un réel coût de cœur pour la maison d'Anne et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir) Accueil convivial et disponibilité évidente. Belle maison idéalement placée.

Très belle semaine de vacances dans cette maison bénéficiant d'une belle terrasse orientée plein sud dans un environnement très calme. Bourg, supérette & plage à proximité. Un seul bémol lorsque l'on vient avec un chien : le jardin n'est pas clos (pas de portail).

En effet , le jardin était clos avant les travaux de la maison voisine. J'attends pour choisir un nouveau portail afin d'harmoniser l'entrée des deux jardins.

Un cadre superbe, une maison avec beaucoup de charme , et très fonctionnelle, un commerce à 100m et la Grande Plage à côté… c'est extra, et Anne et sa fille nous ont donnés toutes les infos nécessaires, en temps réel!!!! Merci beaucoup. Bref, une maison et une île à partager en famille ou entre amis , en hiver c'est très agréable aussi.

The house was great, clean and tidy and Anne was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the house is fantastic near to a great beach and the main shop on the island is a 2 minute walk away. We hired bicycles for are stay and it was great a short cycle to the beaches, pubs and village centre. The house has good wifi, the kitchen is new and you are provides with all you would need for cooking. The house is spacious and even with a group of people there is plenty of room to relax and soak in the atmosphere in the garden, patio or conservatory. This holiday was great and I look forward to staying here again. Thank you again Anne.
