The lower level is great for kids/teens to have their own space with a sectional sofa, TV, and bunk bed room away from the parents. For the adults, there are two master suites upstairs with updated modern bathrooms. Guests also have access to a one car garage.

The entryway offers mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features beautiful views and a mounted flat screen TV. The homeowner has provided a Roku and Cable TV for your enjoyment. The private deck is just off the living area and features a private grill, outdoor seating, hot tub, treed views and mountains in the distance.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and a sitting nook. The dining area comfortably seats eight with three additional seats at the breakfast bar.

Both master suites are upstairs. The first master suite features a King-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a walk-in shower with tile surround. The second master suite features a Queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and more beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a walk-in shower with tile surround. There is a washer and dryer on this level and laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.

Downstairs in the basement is the second living area and a guest bedroom. The living area is great for movie and game nights. The guest bedroom has a twin-over-full and a twin-sized bunk bed with Ivory White Bedding. There is a guest bathroom with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
