Town house 10 minutes from Palavas
Hello, our little family rents a town house in Montpellier district near arenas 10 minutes from Palavas the waves and 10 minutes from downtown Montpellier.
The house is on two levels, ground floor and 1st floor. It consists on the ground floor of a living room with open kitchen and a toilet. On the floor three room and a room of water with toilet. The house of 70m² is fully air conditioned. Outside, a shaded terrace of 50m² is a real living space in summer. Outdoor seating area, griddle and barbecue.
The neighborhood is quiet and there is no opposite on the terrace because of the trees around! This is really nice in the city and rather rare.
