2 bedroomed flat on 2nd floor with lift.To unload your luggage you can run with your car at the foot of the lift.2 private parking spaces in a closed parking lot you can open by remote control.Port view in every room.Mostly in spring and summer, the orientation of the balcony to the west keeps several hours the night coolness and allows on afternoons to sunbathe. You will have also frequently dinner on the balcony with marvellous sunsets.Five minutes on foot from the flat are all kinds of shops : bakery, pharmacy, superette, newspapers and books, etc. but also doctors, dentists, hairdressers and not less important a good choice of restaurants. 2 of them are particularly nice :"Le Bistrot d'Ariane" with an excellent cook and very good wines and "La Bonne Bouille" which used to serve very good fish."Bikes stand VELOLIB" in Lattes center (about 500m) allows to go for a ride peacefully and and feeling safe through countryside on cycle lanes.You could then observe all kinds of birds...

This is a real two bedroom apartment with a functional kitchen, full bathroom, a very large dining room/living room area, and a large balcony. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and was clean when we arrived. The location is great and within walking distance to restaurants and shops (some are just a few steps away) and the tram. The host arranged for a time for the introduction and key pick up and it was convenient and the agent was efficient and professional.
Kitchen -- there's a full sized refrigerator, a range, a microwave, two basin sink, and plenty of utensils, glasses, plates, and pots and pans.
The dining/living room space (it's larger than what is shown here). This is an incredibly comfortable space and our favorite room. The table has plenty of seating (not shown here because we moved chairs away to use the table for jigsaw puzzles).

Eine schöne Wohnung, die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Hafen ist traumhaft.Es hat viel Platz, die Räume sind sehr gut klimatisiert, zwei Parkplätze machen das Abstellen des Autos einfach. Wir lieben die super Lage in Lattes und sind mit dem Fahrrad sehr schnell am Strand und in der Stadt Montpellier.

Schönes Feriendomizil

Die Wohnung mit ihrem Komfort und ihrer Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen und uns einen erholsamen und angenehmen Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Wohnung ist gross und in drei Räumen klimatisiert. Der grosse Balkon hat einen Panoramablick auf den Bootshafen von Lattes. Die Fahradwege zum Meer und nach Montpellier führen durch schöne Landschaft autofrei am Kanal entlang. Wir haben in unseren Ferien alle Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad gemacht und unser Auto nie verwendet. Eine gute Bäckerei befindet sich im nächsten Haus und der Weg in den nahen Supermarkt ist zu Fuss kurz zu erreichen. Sonntags gibt es einen grossen Markt in Lattes, mit Früchten, Gemüse, Kleidern usw. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Notre petit l'été au Octobre 2022

Pour la deuxième fois, nous avons passé un "petit été" dans le sud de la France, cette fois-ci à Port Ariane à Lattes. Lors de notre arrivée sans problème, nous avons été accueillis par le monsieur de l'agence à l'heure convenue. Avec la sérénité du sud de la France, il nous a fait visiter l'appartement avec gentillesse et nous a expliqué tout ce qu'il fallait. De plus, il nous a donné quelques bonnes propositions d'excursions que nous avons volontiers utilisées pour nous-mêmes. L'appartement était d'une propreté acceptable, en y regardant de plus près, il y avait quelques faiblesses dans la cuisine au niveau de la cuisinière et de l'évier, mais rien d'insurmontable. Dans l'ensemble, l'appartement est assez grand pour que quatre personnes puissent y vivre confortablement. Le petit déjeuner à la grande table avec la porte de la terrasse ouverte, le soir par des températures douces sur la grande terrasse avec vue sur la marina, a complété la journée avec un bon rosé. Le WiFi fonctionne de manière fiable, ce qui n'est pas seulement apprécié par les jeunes compagnons de voyage. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. La boulangerie "Delice Ariane", située à proximité immédiate et proposant des produits vraiment excellents, y a sans aucun doute contribué. Zum zweiten Mal verbrachten wir einen "kleinen Sommer" in Südfrankreich, dieses Mal in Port Ariane in Lattes. Bei unserer problemlosen Ankunft wurden wir zur vereinbarten Zeit von dem Herrn der Agentur in Empfang genommen. Mit südfranzösischer Gelassenheit führte er uns freundlich durch die Wohnung und erklärte uns alles, was wir wissen mussten. Außerdem gab er uns einige gute Vorschläge für Ausflüge, die wir gerne nutzten. Die Wohnung war akzeptabel sauber, bei genauerem Hinsehen gab es in der Küche einige Schwächen im Bereich des Herdes und der Spüle, aber nichts Unüberwindbares. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung groß genug, dass vier Personen bequem darin wohnen können. Frühstück am großen Tisch bei offener Terrassentür, abends bei milden Temperaturen auf der großen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Yachthafen, rundete den Tag mit einem guten Roséwein ab. Das WLAN funktioniert zuverlässig, was nicht nur von jüngeren Mitreisenden geschätzt wird. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Dazu hat zweifellos auch die Bäckerei "Delice Ariane" beigetragen, die sich in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet und wirklich hervorragende Produkte bietet.

Schöne Wohnung, ruhige Lage, idealer Ort für Ausflüge, mit Rad, zum Baden, Wandern, empfehlenswert

Aufenthalt 15.-25.09.2018; super Wetter, tagsüber bis 32, abends milde 25°C Wohnung: Sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet u. sauber, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Aus Rtg. Stadtmitte Lattes kommend war unser erster Eindruck „Trabantenstadt“ - war aber nur der erste Eindruck. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock einer gepflegten 3-5 stöckigen Hochhaussiedlung u. man wohnt relativ ruhig. Es ist nicht auf dem Land, die Stadtlage verursacht einen gewissen Grundlärmpegel, der aber nicht sehr störend ist. Im EG der Wohnanlage befinden sich mehrere Restaurants, dadurch hört man Gespräche u. Lachen, ist aber nicht störend u. um 22 h schließen alle schon, dann ist Ruhe. Der Balkon mit Blick auf den Hafen u. gegenüberliegende Wohnanlage ist sehr schön. Gastronomie: Wie bereits vorstehend erwähnt. Wo wir essen waren, war das Essen sehr gut. Gegenüber der Wohnung das Restaurant „Sensation“ (sinngem.: Explosion der Gefühle) , nicht ganz günstig, aber sehr gute, französische Küche. Lage: Im Ort kleine Läden u. Supermarkt, wo der tägliche Bedarf gedeckt werden kann, größere Supermärkte 3 – 5 km. Sonntags ist im Ortszentrum Markt mit großem Angebot an Lebensmittel, günstige Preise, regionale Produkte. Ideal für Ausflüge ins Umland. Der Hausberg von M.pellier „Pic Saint-Loup“ war sehr schön oder mit der Tram-Linie 3 von Lattes nach M.pellier (ca. 30 Min.) u. Stadtbesuch, sehr empfehlenswert. Es gibt viele Radwege, einer direkt zum Meer (ca. 7 Km). Auch an der Küste nach Süden u. nach Norden/Osten kann ewig weit geradelt werden. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder mit u. waren fast täglich damit unterwegs. Durch den ständigen Wind war es angenehmer zu radeln, als zu Wandern. Meer/Wasser: Etwas außerhalb der Touri-Zentren sehr schöne, weiteläufige Strände, sehr sauber u. nicht überlaufen. Klares Wasser, auch sehr sauber – helfen Sie, dass es so bleibt. Vermieter: Bei Ankunft war eine Jalousie defekt. Reparaturauftrag wurde sofort erteilt. Sehr netter Telefon- u. E-Mail-Kontakt. Als Entschuldigung wurde uns durch den Verwalter vor Ort eine Flasche Wein übermittelt – vielen Dank dafür :). Auch der Verwalter, Herr M., war sehr nett u. obwohl er im Urlaub war, telefonisch erreichbar u. bemüht, dass alles klappt. Fazit: Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir haben unseren sehr gut erholen können. Die Wohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Très satisfaisait

Nous sommes restés Six mois dans cette appartement. Les points forts : emplacement, terrasse, vue sur le port et magnifiques couchers de soleil, qualité de la literie, 2 places de parking, boulangerie et restaurants en bas de la résidence, écoute des propriétaires. Le top aurait été : la climatisation et des fauteuils de salon plus confortable. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Hafenlage

Lattes, der Ort, in dem die Wohnung liegt, ist ein ruhiges, kurz hinter der Stadtgrenze von Montpellier gelegenes Städtchen. Für uns war es der ideale Ort, um uns zu erholen. Die großzügig geschnittene Wohnung liegt dem Yachthafen von Lattes, Port Ariane, zugewandt, den man aus allen Fenstern sieht. Kleinere Geschäfte und Bars finden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Zentrum von Lattes ist ohne weiteres in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort erreicht man mittels der TaM (Straßenbahn) innerhalb von 20 Minuten das Stadtzentrum von Montpellier, tagsüber halbstündlich, abends stündlich. Weitere, größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Umkreis von 10 Kilometern vorhanden. Die Vermieter der Wohnung waren während unserer gesamten Mietzeit bemüht, uns den größtmöglichen Komfort zu ermöglichen. Für uns definitiv ein Urlaubsziel, zu dem man häufiger reisen kann.
