Each bedroom features a king-size bed, AC, ceiling fans, private bathrooms, and state-of-the-art open-sky showers. The In-Law suite comes fully equipped with a kitchen for extra convenience.
Surf enthusiasts will love being steps from La Lora Surf Point, one of Costa Rica’s international competition spots. The villa is fully gated, with a large paved driveway for multiple cars or ATVs, and is completely flat—no hills! Just grab your boards and walk straight to the beach.
Inside, enjoy an open, airy living area with cathedral ceilings, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with bar, TV, gas stove, espresso machine, juicer, filtered water, and outdoor BBQ. Relax in two cozy double hammocks or take a refreshing dip in the large deep pool surrounded by lush jungle gardens and two outdoor showers. Surf and swimming lessons for the family are available on request.

The house is in the best location of Santa Teresa and I fell in love with it instantly.
Our Guests have complete access to the house and private pool and gardens through the private gated entrance. The entire premises is fenced and secured by locked gate at all time. We have a lock code at the entrance for super easy access without a key. There is also high speed internet of 100 MBs at the house if you need to work or ZOOM during your stay. Grab your surfboard and go SURF!

If you are NOT planning to rent a car, there are plenty of restaurants and shops just a few minutes walk. One of the town favorite is called KIKA and is located across the street a few steps away. The food is delicious and the night time is fabulous. The most popular DENGA SURF SHOP is right across the street and they will gladly take take of all your surfing needs including clothing and all equipment.
We also have yoga and healing music session a one minute walk to Zeinedas, also just in front. Perfect house for group of friends or family and also accepting longer terms. The location is the best in town!
The studio has its own kitchen and private entrance and offers the privacy needed when you share the house with the inlaws or friends.
