The house is located in a quiet residential area close to the village center (bakeries / grocer / wine shop ...) but also the hill.
Ideally located, the village of saint Étienne sandstone can radiate as well towards the Alpilles (10min of St Remy de Provence, 15 min the Beaux de Provence / 20 min Maussane, Fontvieille) the Camargue (20min of Arles, 50min of the Saintes Marie of the sea) Avignon (25min) that the Luberon and the region of Aix en Provence. (1h) in the month of July it allows you to enjoy the calm and the cost of the Avignon Festival 10 m 'by train 30 by car
