At the foot of the Luberon, 2kms from the center of the village of Lourmarin, facing south, this old sheepfold of the 17th century of 170m2, receives with all comfort up to 6 people. Its fully fenced park of 2 hectares with swimming pool (12x6m).
3 bedrooms, 2 with bed 160 and 1 with 180 bed wide (suite), each with bathroom and toilet, and bathroom for the 3rd.
The vaulted room with its chimney adjoining the dining room.
The fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, large oven, 4 gas burners, microwave, electric griddle, outdoor gas barbecue.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Cellar and wc on the ground floor.
Outdoor lounge, illuminated park. Automatic watering of the park.
A lot of charm and authenticity in this property in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Real haven of peace offering a change of scenery!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison àl’authentique charme provençal. Le propriétaire a su l’aménager avecgoût, et la piscine ainsi que la climatisation apportent un confortremarquable, particulièrement apprécié en période de forte chaleur.Quelques éléments méritent toutefois d’être signalés. Si le terrainest bien clôturé, la clôture elle-même est assez vétuste etpartiellement abîmée par la faune environnante, ce qui peut poserproblème pour les hôtes accompagnés d’un chien. Parailleurs, la connexion internet est très limitée : il est difficilement envisageable de réaliser du télétravailler et latélévision connectée perd de son utilité dans ces conditions.Attention egalement à l'approvisionnement en eau par un puit à forage, qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce. L'eau nest pas potable de fait, du moins non contrôlée. Nous remercions néanmoins le propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureuxet ses délicates attentions.

Merci pour vos commentaires. Nous en avons tenu compte et cette année, nous avons installé un systeme de filtration qui garantie l eau potable partout, nous avons mis la fibre à la place l adsl et la cloture a été entièrement révisée, il n y a plus de passage pour nos amis les chiens comme les sangliers. Nous espérons vous revoir prochainement dans notre beau Luberon.

Lovely setting in the country just outside Lourmarin village. Beautiful home, grounds and pool, perfect for three couples with 3 BR and 3 baths. Well equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining and lounging. Florence and Jerome are warm, friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Great experience!

Un havre de paix dans le Luberon

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison, fidèle en tout point à l’annonce excepté peut être le charme et l’authenticité du lieu que nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir sur place. Également, les 3 chambres avec salle de bain permettent à chacun de garder un espace d’intimité dans la maison. Les propriétaires ont été très disponibles lorsque nous avions des questions. Seul point à noter pour de potentiels vacanciers qui en auraient besoin : la couverture wifi est un peu faible mais cela participe au charme de l’endroit.
