Moreover, our apartment is well situated to visit Deer Island, Palmar Beach, the Waterpark & Leisure Village (at Belle Mare), the Star Domain, etc.

Case Latanier, located on an old sugar estate, Beau-Champ, offers a typical setting close to Deer Island, the Beau-Champ waterfall (also known as GRS E), Laguna beach, Palmar, Belle Mare, The Waterpark & Leisure Village, The Star Domain, etc. This private apartment with kitchen is ideal for a family. It is served by public transport however it is strongly recommended to be transported to visit the Island. At Case Latanier, travelers still regret having booked for so little.

Built in 2013, Case Latanier has two balconies and access to the roofs. The upper part of the house of 182 m2 and the garden is available to our guests. Both rooms have a fan and air conditioning is available at a surcharge.

The garden is equipped for lunch in the sun or dinner by moonlight.

The Port Louis Capital is about 45 minutes away by public transport. Beau Champ has a small grocery store. Winners, a large area is about ten minutes drive from the housing. We have an address book to ensure the local prices of your trips in individual taxis. Three bus lines serve the region. It is served by public transport, however it is highly recommended to be transported to visit the Island. The bus stop is in front of the housing and the waiting frequency is 15 minutes. There are also shared taxis, commuting (Taxi Trin in Creole) that cost less than one euro per trip and the frequency is 5 minutes. To find your routes:

    Lovely hosts full of warmth !

    We (My husband Hopi & I) arrived at a time when the country was in lockdown...We spent 1 month with Colette & Jose feeling like completely at home at a time when we were missing home so much...Colette & Jose's property is sparkling clean. They are very welcoming and if these were "normal" times, we would have liked to hang out so much more with them...

    Logement et hôtes agréables

    Le logement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Christopher et sa famille sont des hôtes agréables et les nombreuses petites attentions et informations dans le logement ont été appréciées. L'emplacement étant à quelques kilomètres des plages et lieux touristiques de la région, une voiture peut être utile. Nous aurons plaisir à y retourner si nous devions refaire un séjour dans le secteur.

    Cher Dominique, Nous vous remercions pour cette appréciation. Vous avez une famille adorable. En effet, la plage la plus proche, c'est-à-dire, le Laguna Beach est à deux kilomètres de chez nous. Il est bon à savoir que la cascade où l'actrice Eva Longaria a fait un selfie lors de sa lune de miel est accessible à pied et est située à 1 km de la maison de vacances. L'île aux cerfs est à seulement 9km de la location. Une voiture est recommandé mais il est à noter que l'arrêt d'autobus est en face du logement et les passages sont d'une fréquence de quinze minutes. Il y a aussi des taxis partagés qui couvrent la majeure partie de l'île et cela coûtent seulement 1 euro par trajet. Cependant, les transports en commun s'arrêtent à la tombée de la nuit. En effet, pour visiter de manière efficace l'île, une voiture peut être utile. Nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous y accueillir de nouveau si vous venez à l'Île Maurice.

    Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la réactivité de nos hôtes en amont de notre séjour. Le logement est déjà beau sur les photos mais encore plus en vrai ! La cuisine est très bien équipée, ce qui est un vrai plus pour les personnes qui aiment cuisiner. Colette, José et leur fils sont des personnes chaleureuses et ouvertes. Nous avons beaucoup aimé échanger avec eux et n'oublierons pas les nombreuses petites attentions qu'ils ont eu pour nous. Nous reviendrons très certainement lors d'un prochain séjour à Maurice !
