It was a wonderful stay with a very warm welcome and great flexibility regarding check-in and check-out times. We were able to check out much later as our flight was only in the evening. The house is perfect, the kitchen is lovingly equipped, everything is clean and family-friendly. We will definitely come back — our highest recommendation!

Wonderful Location and Excellent Service

We were able to spend some wonderful final days before our return home at the Aquaria Residence. The location is sensational – just a few steps through the garden and you're at the beach, ready to enjoy the beautiful sea. The beach itself feels almost like a private one, as there are very few people around.The house is very well maintained and clean. Diana, the facility manager, was available for any concerns right from check-in. We once had a technical issue with the stove – and within just a few hours, a new one was installed. Truly outstanding service.The proximity to the airport rounded off the great experience for us. We'd be happy to come back :)

Amazing holiday

We stayed here as a family of four recently and had a fantastic holiday .Mauritius is a beautiful country and has so much to offer . Coral Bay is in a beautiful location with an absolutely stunning beach . The Villa itself was spacious and had everything we could possibly need . Regine the owner was excellent with her responses and quick communication. Diana the housekeeper was lovely and cheerful and cooked us a wonderful Mauritian meal . I will say a hire car is preferable for this location and Regine got us in touch with Louis who organised everything for us . All in all , a great location to holiday and we will definitely be back . Thank you Regine and Diana !

Wunderschönes Haus an einem traumhaften Strand

Das Haus ist wunderschön, geräumig und super ausgestattet. Sehr schön eingerichtet, tolle Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und die Terrasse direkt am Strand mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf das Meer, traumhaft. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Besitzerin. Wir können es absolut empfehlen und würden immer wieder kommen. Traumhaft!

Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren sehr begeistert vom Appartement und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Das Appartement liegt direkt am Meer. Morgens aufstehen mit der Tasse Kaffee am Strand und den Sonnenaufgang beobachten…..es war so erholsam. Oder die Wellen beobachten, wie sie am Riff draußen brechen. Kleines Riff ist direkt vor dem Haus und eignet sich zum Schnorchel. Es war nur Traumhaft. Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte alles was man brauchte. Regine war sehr nett und war sehr hilfsbereit. Ebenso die beiden Zimmermädchen. Restaurants waren in unmittelbarer Nähe 5min. zu Fuß. Ein großes Einkaufen Center mit dem Auto in 10min. zu erreichen. Das Appartement liegt in der Nähe vom Flughafen und somit ist mit etwas Fluglärm zu rechnen. Uns hat es nicht gestört bei 10 Flugzeuge am Tag. Wir können das Appartement nur weiter empfehlen. Ein Auto sollen man sich mieten um die Gegend zu erkunden… und es gibt viel zu erkunden.

Un petit havre de paix❤️

Maison confortable et spacieuse, les pieds dans l’eau avec une plage de sable blanc donnant sur un magnifique lagon. Une vue sur l’océan dont on n’a pas envie de se défaire ! Avec une arrivée en pleine nuit pour certains, notre hôte Régine, d’une grande gentillesse nous a trouvé toutes les solutions en moins de deux. L’accueil de Diana était la petite perle de ce séjour. Sa gentillesse, son excellente cuisine, sa serviabilité et son sourire nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour. Tout était parfait. Encore merci.

Un petit bout de paradis

Notre séjour a été parfait, Regine a su communiquer toutes les informations nécessaires en amont de notre arrivée et s’est montrée très arrangeante vis a vis de nos contraintes. L’appartement était impeccablement tenu par Diana qui est aussi une excellente cuisinière. Probablement nos meilleurs repas sur l’ile ! Elle a également été très gentille avec notre bébé qui l’accueillait avec de grands sourires chaque matin. Elle nous aura aussi donné pleins de conseils et permis d’obtenir de meilleurs tarifs pour nos excursions et l’achat de certains produits. L’appartement donne sur une potion de plage paradisiaque et presque déserte. C’est plutôt rare dans le secteur car certaines maisons donnent sur des rochers ou des plage moins agréables. Ici il suffit de descendre de la terrasse pour être à l’eau ce qui est très pratique avec un bébé ! La maison est parfaitement équipée pour cuisiner. la chambre que nous occupions était d’un très grand confort. Il y avait également tout le nécessaire pour notre fille de moins d’un an. Nous avons déjà pris date pour revenir et ce sera notre unique point de chute a chacune de nos visites ! Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

TOP Ferienhaus - Lage - Ausstattung

Wir hatten eine super tolle Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Unsere Haushälterin hat alles gepflegt, außer Sonntag, was völlig in Ordnung ist. Unser Mietwagen war auf der anderen Straßenseite ebenfalls hinter einem Tor geparkt. Die Lage hat viele Vorteile. Nicht weit zum Public Beach egal ob über die Straße oder über den Strand. Flughafen und Autobahn schnell erreichbar. Über die Autobahn kommt man schnell über die ganze Insel. Direkt vom Strand kann geschnorchelt werden. Aussicht auf Strand, Meer und Umgebung ist einfach einzigartig.

Perfect tranquil location

Clean, spacious fully equipped villa on a picturesque beach with crystal clear water. Great for those who are more inclined to self cater. Polite, welcoming and friendly staff cleaned the villa every day and organised a meal for our arrival. Regine was a very helpful in organising taxis on arrival and kindly organised for standard groceries to be stocked and even baked a tasty cake for arrival. This place is perfect for a relaxing holiday with sun, sea and sand.

Lovely house in a beautiful location.

Had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful and tranquil place. Regine the owner is very organised and made our stay seamless and Raj the housekeeper was so lovely and friendly and ensured we were very well looked after every day. With the beach and clear sea just steps away we felt we had found our own little piece of paradise. We look forward to returning.

Un posto fantastico con una spiaggia privata bellissima!

Casa molto moderna molto ampia e con i tutti i comfort! Un appartamento con molta privacy.Governante Raj molto disponibile e pulita . bellissimo far colazione pranzare e cenare con la vista sul mare a 20 m dall’acqua. Poi rimanere la sera a guardar le stelle ed ascoltare il mare!spiaggia ideale per fare snorkeling. Insomma....quello che speravamo! Consigliato a tutti! Posto incantevole. La vicinanza all aeroporto una comodità soprattutto dopo un lungo volo e anche per la partenza e gli aerei che passano non disturbano la vacanza in quanto passano solo in determinate fasce orarie

Wie im Paradies!!!!

Mauritius is an Island with many different faces. Mauritius offers different cultures and many different aspects of nature. At our stay on this place we have seen so many of them. The house is located directly on the beach. If we leaved the house we are direct on the beach. We enjoyed the direct near to the ocean and the sandy beach every day. If we stepped into the ocean we are located in the middle of a fantastic coral reef. There we snorkeled for hours to discover the fantastic wildlife of a coral reef. When the weather was not so great we enjoyed the fantastic beaches on extensive walks by the ocean. Everything is possible. A must have on this place is also an excursion to the Black River Georges National Park and to the fantastic Waterfalls. We discovered the fantastic nature of a tropical island in different aspects. It was unbelievable. The house itself is very generous, luxury and very modern. The standard of the house is great. The owner of the house is very hospitable and the staff is lovely. We enjoyed the local meals that they have created for us. No question stayed open. Nothing was missed on our stay. This kind of stay is an advisable alternative to a hotel stay. Kind regards to the owner and the fantastic staff also on this way. We had big expectations and they were fulfilled for 200%. We are looking back to a fantastic stay and we are sure we must come back again.

Io, mio marito e i nostri 4 figli ( #i6Griffi ) abbiamo trascorso 20 giorni alle Mauritius nelle due ville di proprietà dell Signora Regine Le Breton SUD 25.07.2016 - 04.08.2016 Ringraziamo di cuore Regine Le Breton per averci accolto nella sua magnifica Villa Aquaria a Pointe d’Esny , nel sud delle Mauritius! Il soggiorno è stato fantastico e un ringraziamento speciale va a Raj e Mala che ogni giorno hanno preparato ottimi piatti della cucina locale e provveduto alle pulizie e al lavaggio della biancheria. La villa è situata a tre minuti a piedi da Blue Bay la bellissima e famosissima spiaggia mauriziana, ottimo luogo per lo snorkelling. La casa è arredata con cura ed è pulita e mantenuta in maniera impeccabile. Vi consigliamo , senza ombra di dubbio, di affidarvi ai consigli di Regine Le Breton ( che ha provveduto anche ai trasferimenti e al noleggio dell’auto) e di soggiornare presso questa struttura e se ne avete la possibilità di dividere il soggiorno tra il sud e il nord per scoprire questa isola affascinante.
