Great location with full kitchen

After hours check in due to cross-country flight, but no issues and property as advertised. Easy walk to beach and quiet location - great for families. Full kitchen and convenient gas grills made it easy to prepare own meals. On site laundry is a nice plus.

Very nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the colony. Room was clean and there was plenty of storage for cloths. Although we didn't use the kitchen, all of the essential items were there.

Great location, great patio, adequate furniture, lack of parking, dirty floors

Great booking process and flexibility when I realized I booked the wrong dates, great location, great patio, adequate furniture, lack of parking, dirty/sticky floors. Was told in the office that we could just drop off and park our second car at either the Chevron or the Bait Box with no other information given except directions. The Bait Box was not available due to construction. If I had not gone inside the Chevron to talk to someone, I would have been towed if I had just dropped off the car like I had been told. I was also not told upfront by the property office that to park there would cost $20 a day. The tiled floors throughout the unit were sticky and dirty like they hadn’t been mopped for a while. We wore our sandals and so, it wasn’t so bad. The kids wore their socks at first until we saw how filthy they were after walking around for a few minutes. There were no linens for the pullout bed and the blanket in the closet had blood in several areas like someone had had a bad bloody nose and just decided to fold the blanket and put it away instead of either cleaning it themselves or leaving it out for it to be seen by housekeeping. Even with the things above, it was a nice end unit backed up to a lot of foliage, making it a great place to sit on the screened patio. The pool was very nice, too, and right next to the unit.

Comfortable, Clean and Cozy

We loved our stay here, everything was clean and the beach was wonderful...just a short walk, and we went every day we stayed. One of the queen mattresses had a "sink hole" that needs to go. Nice pool, they had a beach umbrella and chairs for us. We wanted quiet and relaxing and that's exactly what we got for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend...but I will ask if the mattress has been replaced when I book again...:)

Girls weekend

We had a wonderful stay in C-56. The description for the condo was accurate. 3 minute walk to the beach and we loved having an umbrella and chairs to bring to the beach. We didn't get to stay long enough and would love to come back!

A small and intimate property that feels like a secret bargain in the middle of millionaires row! We loved it! The walk to the beach is very short and pleasant. The pool was delightfully refreshing and yet warm, we spent hours there just lounging and enjoying the variety of sunny and shady spots available.
