- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.

- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

-Pool heating is optional and available for additional nightly rate. We do not charge for hot tub
The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. As the pools are outside we have them set for the 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80’s during the colder seasons . We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.

Great place for golf weekend
My friends and I spent 4 days at this house in Scottsdale to golf. It was a great place for friends to hang out. Plenty of common area space, indoors and outdoors.

Review for the Property Managers
We booked this house 18 months in advance but the day before we were supposed to fly out they informed us the house was double booked and we couldn't stay here. Not sure if that's true or they just wanted to fill another property they manage but they seemed genuine about the mistake and got us into another house. We had to stay one night in Property # 2674268 and then move to Property # 3202498 for the rest of the trip. I’ll review those 2 house below but the main reason for this review is to let you know who manages these properties and what to expect from them in terms of customer service or lack thereof. Property # 2674268: I won’t say too much about this place because we only stayed one night but the house, grounds, and pool were all very nice and well maintained. The rest of this review will be for Property # 3202498. Couple highlights if you don’t want to read the entire thing….my oldest son found a sewing needle in his bed and my middle son found dog food in his pillow case. When we checked in on Sunday afternoon the pool controls did not work so the water in the pool & hot tub were both cold and you couldn’t turn on any of the features like the slide or waterfall. I spent about 2 hours troubleshooting the controls with the property manager over text message but still couldn’t get it working. Monday came and went without the pool being fixed. They finally sent someone late Tuesday morning and got it working. That being the case we ended up running the pool heater for about 24-36 hours total but they refused to refund us our any of our $900 pool heating fee. The house itself is very strange but it was fine for what we needed. The pictures look really cool and the pool is fun, when it works, but the grounds are very messy. There is a broke down boat and truck on the side of the house along with junk behind the house and garage. The landscape is not well taken care of and there is a lot of broken stuff all around the property. The basketball hoop is bent to point of being useless and they only have a left handed putter for mini golf. We did have fun playing pickleball but the court has a lot of dead spots which could be frustrating at times. The fire feature on the pool doesn’t work, which is probably understandable but just wanted to point that out. Some of the beds are decent while others are very very hard. To sum it all up….renter beware. (Star ratings are for Property # 3202498)

A lovely home, but pool heater didn't work (a significant issue as we had children with us) and also the freezer broke while we were there. Furniture, indoors and outdoors, was worn, soiled and uncomfortable. Also, the beds weren't very comfortable. We've had better experiences at other VRBOs in this area.
