Unit 906 is a ninth floor 2-bedroom 2-bath vacation rental that features a coastal contemporary style with tile floors throughout, soft colors, and plenty of (dimmable) LED lighting. Not only does this condo enjoy an open floor-plan and floor-to-ceiling windows with in-your-face Gulf views, the patio doors open all the way from one side to the other. This unit also has lots of USB ports, 3 smart TVs (55”, 42”, and 32”), and ceiling fans (with remotes) in the living area and both bedrooms. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the condo, as well as a Blu-ray disk player with Netflix and Pandora access in the living room. The fully-equipped kitchen sports quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a hall pantry, and storage galore. The refrigerator has in-the-door ice and water. In the cabinets over the built-in desk, you'll find wine racks, some DVDs, books, puzzles, and lots of games (including Mah Jongg--bring your own NMJL card!). This condo offers a king-size bed and swivel rocker in the master, as well as an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and en suite access to the second bathroom (which is also accessible from the hallway) with a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms provide great views of the Corpus Christi Bay and Wilson's Cut. The living room features two swivel rockers and a sofa sleeper with upgraded queen-size memory foam mattress for a restful sleep. The dining room has a large round table with seating for at least six (and additional seating for two at the bar). Watch the pelicans fly by at eye-level as you enjoy the fabulous views of the Gulf on the private balcony—with two captain chairs and table, as well as a small dining table and four chairs. Condo sleeps 6.

Beautiful Vacation Spot
Could not have asked for a better vacation spot. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Breathe taking views of the beach while having morning coffee was the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend this location.

Great place!
Overall we had a great vacation! Here are the pros and cons of the condo: Pros-Great location! In the pics the boardwalk looks really long and like it would take awhile to get to the beach, but it was way shorter in person. We could get to the beach within minutes. They supplied chairs and a canopy to use on the beach which was awesome. It's first come first serve so get there early. They start at 9am til 5pm. Also they usually only do that until Labor Day, but extended the service til the end of September. The condo was updated and really nice. Had tons of cooking supplies for us to use. Quiet. We never really heard anyone else around us. Loved that the tv's had Netflix for my 2 year old and had lots of cable channels including The Longhorn Network! The pool was heated which was nice because one morning it was really windy on the beach which made it really cold so we hit the pool first while the day warmed up. The hot tub was awesome too! Cons-The living area of the condo was smaller in person. Still enough space for us, but looked larger in pictures. The community areas could use some updating. The boardwalk itself needed repairs in some areas. The pool area was also outdated. The kids playground near the pool was really dirty so we couldn't use it. As a previous reviewer stated the A/C is only allowed to go down to 72 which is still hot. Luckily since we read that we brought fans and were fine. Also agree with the lights out in the hallway. So bright. I brought my own sleep mask and actually found that they provide you some in the nightstand, but didn't find these til the end of the trip. You honestly wake up in the night and aren't sure if it's 10pm, 4am, or 8am because it all looks the same. The power went out twice. First time it was only for like 10 minutes so no big deal, but the second time it was from 1am to 7:30am so it was miserable because we couldn't sleep because it was so hot. Apparently they have a backup generator, but only for the elevators. The mosquitos are really bad there which not sure if that is something they can help. Bring lots of bug spray! Also found some ants in the shower. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo. With a few changes could be GREAT
The condo was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay but have a few recommendations. We would have loved curtains in the bedrooms. The lights in the walkway are so bright that even with the blinds closed it felt like daylight in there while sleeping. The AC, is great, but not being able to turn it cooler than 72° was an issue for us while sleeping. Even my 3 year old daughter complained she was hot. Lastly, since no coffee bar was open downstairs due to Covid, it would have been great to have known what kind of coffee pot was available in the room so we could have planned ahead and brought some coffee with us. Or if you could provide a little package of coffee for guests that would be ideal. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and even had kid plates and cups. Beds were comfortable!
