Sea Gull Condominiums unit 809 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath vacation rental with luxurious bedroom ensembles, beautiful high-end furniture, modern décor, LED lighting and large format tile throughout. It features a fully equipped open kitchen with granite countertops, built-in USB ports, private patio with tall chairs and fabulous panoramic views of the gulf of mexico. The master bedroom has a gorgeous view of Corpus Christi bay, plush king size bed with a 49-in wall-mounted smart TV, ceiling fan and private bathroom with granite vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a view of the bay plus two full size beds, a 43-in smart TV, ceiling fan, hotel grade table lamp with power and USB ports and adjoining guest bathroom with granite vanity and shower/tub combo. The living room features modern furniture, 55-in wall-mounted smart TV, wireless internet and premium blue tooth stereo and speakers. The dining room table seats at least 6 with additional seating for 2 at the bar. Condo sleeps 6.

Cute Condo!

We loved the condo and the beach area! Only issue was ongoing construction at the property was not disclosed until after we booked and paid. Work on the balconies was noisy and did not help us have the peaceful, quiet stay we hoped for. But we made it work by being gone during the work time hours. We would stay again after all the construction is finished.

Beach Trip

As advertised, there is on site management, you can rent beach canopies, loungers & beach chairs available at end of ramp (along with spaces to rinse off the sand). Overall nice condos with everything you need. They are a little far from town so plan trips wisely, bring ingredients for meals /snacks. Only hiccup was the wrong internet password but a call to front desk had that resolved quickly. Thanks again! July 2024
