In a very calm and secure residence located opposite the Bois de la Coudoulière. 300 m from the sea by footpath (Beaches and port of La Coudoulière, shops, restaurants and lounge bars).
Very beautiful and sunny T3 refurbished at the end of 2018 of 70m2 + 15m2 of sheltered terrace and parking space.
