Includes a lounge / living room with a 140 cm sofa bed for 2 people, a new 101 cm flat screen TV. An open kitchen with a fridge / freezer, electric oven, microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. 1 bedroom of 10m2 with a 140 bed (new mattress), a wardrobe and wall wardrobe. Shower room with new washing machine. 1 independent WC. Storage room with equipment for cleaning. Free WiFi access.
Sheets, tea towels, towels not provided.
Pets and smokers are prohibited.
50 m from the sea. Océabul swimming pool and free parking at the foot of the residence.
