Séjour agréable

Maison bien située à proximité des plages et possibilité de se garer facilement. Idéal si vous avez des vélos car intramuros est un peu loin à pieds. Accueil très sympathique et explications claires. Seul petit bémol du séjour, il a fait particulièrement humide et il n’y avait pas de chauffe serviettes, sinon tout était très bien, je recommande

Un chez soi à 2 pas de la plage du Sillon

Une belle maison où l'on a pu profiter d'un calme exceptionnel et de tout le confort possible en famille. On laisse sa voiture et on peut tout faire à pieds pour rejoindre également Saint Malo intra muros ou prendre le bus situé à 2 mn. Tous les équipements sont impeccables. Et dès le début d'après-midi on peut profiter du soleil depuis la.terrasse. Merci à nos hôtes !

Une jolie maison confortable

... à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Une grande boulangerie et tout ce dont on a besoin peuvent être faits à pied. Intra Muros se trouve à une belle distance de marche. En résumé : parfait !

Bien

Bien, quartier calme à 5 mn à pied des thermes , propre. Il est indispensable de préciser dans l’annonce que la salle de bain est en rez de jardin accessible par un escalier très étroit et pentu. Ce n’est pas forcément évident sur les photo. Joli jardin bien clos. L’ensemble manque d’un peu de décoration qui nous rappelle qu’on est à st malo.

Précision : La salle de bain n’est pas accessible par un escalier comme le laisse supposer la rédaction du commentaire. Elle est située au rez de chaussée, tout comme deux chambres. Un escalier (de la buanderie à la cuisine) relie les deux niveaux de la maison. S’agissant d’une maison ancienne, il est effectivement étroit.

Heerlijke woning op een fijne plek

De woning is een aanrader voor als je Saint Malo en haar omgeving op een fijne manier wil ontdekken. De huiseigenaren zijn zeer gastvrij. Het huis is netjes en schoon. Wij (gezin met drie tieners) hebben echt een topvakantie gehad. La maison est fortement recommandée si vous souhaitez découvrir Saint Malo et ses environs de manière agréable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. La maison est soignée et propre. Nous (famille avec trois adolescents) avons vraiment passé de très bonnes vacances.

Calme et tranquilité. Agreable jardin où nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas et faire des siestes sous le cerisier. Les petits ont profité de ce jardin pour jouer et courir. Pas besoin de voiture.

Séjour très agréable dans cette jolie maison. La grande pièce à vivre est conviviale. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont refaites à neuf et avec goût. Grand jardin et belle terrasse. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Très bon emplacement, à 5 mn de la plus belle plage de Saint Malo.

Je tiens cependant à préciser qu’il s’agit d’une location saisonnière et non pas d’une maison d’hôte avec service. La maison est totalement équipée pour assurer un accueil de qualité et permettre un séjour agréable. Nous prenons soin d’accueillir personnellement chaque locataire pour faciliter le séjour et la prise de connaissance de la maison et du quartier.
