In Plan de Cuques, a village on the outskirts of Marseille, at the foot of the Star Massif, in the Pagnol hills, 15 minutes from the Old Port and 20 minutes from Cassis, one-storey villa, 125 m2, on a plot of 600 m2, consisting of:
- a large living room of 50 m2 with fully equipped American kitchen,
-a bedroom of 26 m2,
-a bedroom of 20 m2, with mezzanine of 9m2;
- a 10m2 bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 sinks,
- an independent wc.
On the garden side, a large terrace with a view of the village of Plan de Cuques and the Allauch hills with garden furniture and large table for lunch as well as a large gas barbecue for your grills, and finally the pool area to cool off with its shaded arbor.
