This cute private cottage features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The Bedroom has a queen bed and there is a futon in the Living Room can sleep 2. Enjoyed a Wonderful stay in this charming Cottage. It was the perfect spot and the host provided a ton of amenities. We especially loved the full Kitchen for cooking and Washer and Dryer. We had a blast enjoying all the near by beaches and fabulous restaurants!

A quiet place

A good option for a short stay. We spent a month here and had a good experience. The sofa was a little uncomfortable and we struggled with the TV but overall it was a good experience. We especially enjoyed the enclosed garden area and the sunshade. Winn Dixie is close by as well as pizza, Mexican,Chinese and Cuban restaurants.

Property exterior view pictured on the website is not the actual property.Bathtub was rusted and the tub floor was dirty. Shower curtain had black mold.There was a strong mold smell from the A.C. system upon entering the house.Neighborhood was nice and quiet.Property Manager communicated well concerning our initial check-in and with addressing subsequent issues.

Perfect for the three of us.

This was a perfect stay for our four days in West Palm Beach. Owner had great communication. Place was clean (though had a bit of a musty smell when we first arrived). They included some nice treats (wine and vanilla cookies). It was a great price. I would recommend!

Cozy little place

Great place for a base to explore the area. Best for 2 people although advertised sleeps more. If you are ok sleeping on a fouton as my son was it is fine. Only suggestion is that it needs a bigger table in kitchen for more than 2 to eat at a time.Love the wine and cookies waiting for us. Quiet neighborhood . All anyone needs is there.

Lake is Worth It

Place was prettier than pictures. Everything you need is already there. We wanted peace and tranquility and found it. Tons of places to eat within ten minutes. 25 and 35 mpg neighborhood and no loud vehicles. Historic area very quiet. Became friends with super hostess. Nice patio to chill with sparkling water.
