About this property

The Cottage of the Mills Nissan Lez Enserune

Charming newly renovated villa for up to 6 people. With 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom (shower), a toilet. The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. The garden hosts since June 2019 a 6X4m above ground wooden pool. A petanque pitch of 12X4m was created for the greatest pleasure of the players. You can also enjoy 4 flat screen TVs installed throughout the house.
The village offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. There is a supermarket just a 3-minute walk from the house.
Around our pretty village you can easily reach the beaches located just 20 minutes by car, the city of Beziers 10 minutes, the Spanish border 1h. Finally, enjoy the various wine-producing castles of the region, some of which are world-renowned, without forgetting the Canal du Midi located just 3 to 4 km from the village.
We will be pleased to welcome you for a beautiful holiday, and share with you all that you can visit in our beautiful region and the history of our house.

Maison bien située, à 14km des premières plages, petit village sans intérêt près d un commerceetces

Intérieur de la maison très bien équipée Cependant canapé lit dans le salon très inconfortable, inutilisable pour 2 personnes de plus. Propreté intérieure à revoir : frigo, toilettes sales à notre arrivée. Manque d'entretien général sur toute la maison. Extérieur pas aménagé : aucune végétation et vis à vis. Propriétaire sympa, conseille sur la region
