Pretty villa with wooden swimming pool in a property just on the edge of the Canal du Midi in the countryside, enclosed garden, shared entrance with the owner by electric gate, totally secure parking. 20 mins walk from the famous 9 Locks of Fonseranes, direct access to the Canal path for your walks or bike rides, 15 mins from the beaches. A large terrace surrounds the villa. Living room with open fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, the second with a 140 cm bed and an 80 cm bed, shower room, laundry room with WC and washbasin. Household linen not provided.
