1 living room SEA VIEW with TV, sofa bed (sleeping 2 people in 160cm), overlooking the terrace -
1 kitchen corner equipped with hob 4 ceramic hobs, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven -
1 bedroom with double bed in 140cm with duvet, SEA VIEW -
1 bathroom with shower and sink -
Separate WC -
Heating package of 20 €/week from October to May. Private parking space. Electric heating. Terrace furniture. Washing machine. Good condition (maintenance, painting). Entrance residence on hillside with some steps.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra pet (1 only small dog allowed less than 7kg), deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week.

C'est la 2eme année où je passe mes vacances à Perros Guirec dans cette résidence avec vue directe sur la plage de Trestraou. Une vue magnifique, une résidence calme et entretenue. Tellement de belles choses à voir dans cette belle région. A l'année prochaine !!
