Séjour idyllique avec vue sur la mer

Cette maison est l'emplacement idéal pour profiter pleinement de la côte de Granit Rose. Située au cœur d'un centre ville charmant et animé et à quelques minutes du très joli port, nous y avons passé un séjour enchanteur qui nous a éblouis et nous a donné envie de revenir.

Beautiful small holiday flat with view on the beach

We loved staying in the well equipped and quiet holiday flat with the perfect view on the lovely beach, that is best suited for having a swim. Everything you need is around, perfect boulangerie, very good boucherie, pêcherie, book shop, many shops with fancy clothes. And of course the fantastic landscape, you can walk directly from the house. Or take the car or boat to various attractions.

Schöne Wohnung in feucht-modrigem Haus mit nicht nutzbarem Garten

Das Haus, sehr schön aber hoch über dem Meer gelegen, ist über steile, unregelmäßige Stufen zu erreichen. Das Treppenhaus ist feucht und riecht modrig. Die Wohnung im ersten Stock ist sehr schön aufgeteilt und für zwei Personen gut nutzbar. Es riecht auch hier nach Feuchtigkeit, extensives Lüften linderte das etwas. Einen Balkon gibt es nicht, ebensowenig eine Terrasse, um z.B. draußen zu essen. Der „Außenbereich“ beschränkt sich auf ein kleines Stück Wiese oberhalb des Hauses am Hang. Gartenmöbel gibt es nicht, so dass man Stühle und Tisch aus der Wohnung mitnehmen müsste, um sich dort aufzuhalten. Die Agentur, über die gebucht wird (Vrbo) verlangt das Anlegen eines Accounts, wenn man Hilfe zum Check-In benötigt. Die vorab per Mail erhaltene Informationen zum Check-In ist fehlerhaft, so dass man diese Hilfe zwingend benötigt. Immerhin hat zumindest Vrbo englisch sprechende Mitarbeitende. Die Verwaltung der Wohnung selbst spricht ausschließlich Französisch, entgegen der Angaben in der Anzeige. Wir wurden aber sehr freundlich empfangen, und mit einer Übersetzungs-App war die Kommunikation kein Problem. Perros-Guirec hat uns sehr gut gefallen, der Ort hat Charme und Authentizität, wirkt nicht wie für Touristen gebaut. Es gibt reichlich Strand und gute Gastronomie, man kann schöne Wanderungen und Radtouren unternehmen (Pedelec empfohlen!) und mit dem Auto schöne Orte in der Nähe erkunden. Alles in allem würden wir wieder in Perros-Guirec Urlaub machen, aber wohl in einer.

Großartige Aussicht

Wir reihen uns gerne ein - die Bilder hier zur Aussicht werden der Wirklichkeit nicht gerecht. Man hat von den Fenstern im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer direkten Westblick auf das Meer, die rosa Granitküste und die sieben Inseln (enttäuschenderweise sind es nur 5 - und 2 Felsen 😉). Auf der anderen Seite hat man in wenigen Minuten fussläufig alle Leckereien der Region im Angebot: Baguette, Törtchen, Schokolade, Wurst und Käse, Weine, Cidre… Wir haben es geliebt, jeden Abend mit unseren Einkäufen am offenen Fenster den Sonnenuntergang über den rosa Felsen zu beobachten. Kurz danach beginnen die beiden Leuchttürme zu blinken. Man schläft mit dem leisen Plätschern der Wellen ein und wenn man sich morgens im Bett aufsetzt sieht man als Erstes wieder Meer 🌊. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr alten Haus, ist aber vollständig eingerichtet und im Wesentlichen modernisiert - wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Doppelbett ist landestypisch seeehr schmal und der Wasserdruck reicht nur für eine Entnahmestelle. Da muss man sich etwas arrangieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Tipp: Die Metzgerei ums Eck verkauft eine gute Auswahl selbstgekochter Gerichte die man sich warmmachen kann wenn man nach einem langen Wandertag keine Lust mehr auf ausgehen hat.

Il nous a été difficile de quitter cette location, tant nous avons l'aimé... Que dire... La vue surtout, un régal pour les yeux. Sa situation idéale : au calme mais avec le centre à deux pas. La plage de galet ou de sable suivant la marée, tout juste à nos pieds. Appartement très propre, lumineux, et très bien équipé. Une belle bâtisse, avec ces petits inconvénients (les seuls) : les planchés bois, et il manquerait un petit plus en isolation phonique avec l'appartement voisin, mais cela reste anecdotique. Bref, elle fait partie de nos coups de coeur.

L'appartement est idéalement situé avec une vue sur les 7 Iles dans une petite rue très calme et à deux pas des commerces. Il est très propre et fonctionnel.

appartement agréable, propriétaires pas top

Le logement est très propre, conforme à la description, très bien situé. Pas d'accueil à l'arrivée: remise des clés par box sécurisée et débrouillez vous pour trouver l'appartement dans une villa partagée en multiples logements sur 3 niveaux... Interrogé à 2 reprises sur la possibilité de louer une TV pour les longues soirées pluvieuses (il a plu toute la semaine!) le propriétaire n'a pas eu l'élégance de répondre à mes questions. Il était plus zélé avant la réservation! Heureusement, pour être bien surs qu'il allait pleuvoir, on pouvait toujours prendre des nouvelles de la météo sur un radio-réveil!... Pas cool...

Excellent séjour

L'appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier résidentiel et calme proche du centre à pied. La vue sur la baie depuis la chambre et le séjour permet de profiter du coucher de soleil sur la mer L'appartement est aménagé agréablement et il y tout ce qu'il faut.
