Stunning villa bottom 5 minutes walk from the sea

Our totally independent villa bottom is equipped for 8 people.

The location will allow you to spend an ideal holiday by the sea without taking a car. Between the sea and the forest you can enjoy all the assets of our region and our beautiful beaches 5 minutes walk.

Our Villa Marly is located in the very pleasant area of Mar Vivo at the end of a cul-de-sac. You will benefit from the beach and all the conveniences of the district (caterer, factory of fresh pasta, bakery etc ...) within 5 minutes on foot.

We will be there to welcome you in our villa of 70 m2 with a garden of 100 m2 (with its large terrace to eat, its small summer kitchen and lounge at the bottom of the garden).



You will have three real independent rooms with a television in each of them:
- a small parental suite with a bed 140 which has its private bathroom with toilet (the room is directly on the terrace).
-a second bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm).
-The last room is equipped with two bunk beds for children.
-There is also a second bathroom with shower and double sink and a second independent toilet.
-The kitchen is fully equipped (hood, induction hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher etc ...).

The apartment has a washing machine and a reversible air conditioning. Wifi is free of charge for our travelers.
All rooms are equipped with a TV.
Hand towels, tea towels and paper towels are provided.
For a relaxed arrival the toilet paper, soap, washing up liquid, salt, pepper or small basic material are present in our rental!
Sheets and towels are provided for all our tenants.

Two private parking spaces are available at the entrance of the house. If you are not motorized we will indicate all the amenities that are close by (shops, buses, restaurants, beaches ...) to make the most of all possible activities!
Hiking, mountain biking, diving, paddle, visit of the islands of the South, visits of the region ...
