Weekly rental, individual house of 76mÂČ approx, U-shaped, completely renovated, garden of 200mÂČ approx, closed and very sunny. The house is located in a very quiet street, 700m from the sea.

She is composed :
- On the ground floor: A living room opening onto the garden, kitchen, bathroom with WC, 1 bedroom.
- On the first floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is very attic

Capacity for 4 to 6 people:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 140x190
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 140x190
- Bedroom 3: 1 single bed 90x190
- A convertible sofa in the living room

Lion sur Mer is a resort whose charm comes from its ancient character, its small streets, its tight houses and, of course, the sea wall started in Hermanville. All its 1900 villas give birth to a neo-Norman genre that multiplies styles: turrets, bow windows, pastiche of the Old, wood, stone, brick ...

In Lion-sur-Mer, the “Castel Louis” was built in 1864, the former Lion casino which has become a dwelling house. The dike is a permanent place of life, we walk there, we drink a tea, a cold drink, we party there ...

You will also find a beautiful Renaissance castle in Lion. At the exit of Lion towards Luc-sur –Mer, a tank recalls the past of Normandy: the Churchill tank of an English division.

The coast up to Luc-sur-Mer is rocky, it is the edge of the limestone plateau called "Plaine de Caen". The road takes place in the middle of the fields, we see the sea there, before arriving in the charming resort of Luc.

Rental conditions: the house is rented, weekly, from Saturday 4 p.m. to the following Saturday 10 a.m.

Sheets and towels are not provided but may be offered at an additional cost.

Tourist tax: € 0.70 per day and per person, payable locally on arrival.

Petit nid douillet au calme entourĂ© de voisins trĂšs sympathiques proche du centre ville et de la plage. TrĂšs bien placĂ© pour les visites Caen, Bayeux, plages du dĂ©barquement. On s’y sent vraiment bien. Des rideaux devant les portes dans la chambre et petit salon seraient un plus.

Un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cette maison bien restaurĂ©e et assez spacieuse. Elle est bien situĂ©e entre mer et campagne. Le service de conciergerie est trĂšs rĂ©actif et Muriel est vraiment efficace. Bien sĂ»r la cĂŽte et Lion sur Mer mĂ©ritent qu'on s'y arrĂȘte, il y a tant de chose Ă  visiter.

Das war das erste Mal, dass wir wirklich geschockt waren von einem Ferienhaus. Die Fotos sind nicht korrekt. Die KĂŒche war bei unserer Ankunft komplett zugestellt, mit GerĂ€ten, Geschirr, Nippes es gab keinerlei AblageflĂ€che mehr. Der Backofen, welcher nicht gesichert angeschlossen war, kippte uns beim Öffnen gleich entgegen. An die Waschmaschine kam man ĂŒberhaupt nicht ran, weil alle möglichen Putzartikel davorstanden, und die Maschine rechts und links eingekeilt stand zwischen Heizung und Regal, sodass die TĂŒr nicht zu öffnen war. Kaputter Staubsauger, bei dem der komplett durchgerissene Schlauch mit Papierkleber umwickelt war, was natĂŒrlich nicht hielt. SĂ€mtliche SchrĂ€nke und Kommoden waren voll mit alten Bilderrahmen, Spielen und Sonstigem, es gab eine kurze fahrbare Stange im Wohnzimmer, um Kleidung aufzuhĂ€ngen. Überall standen wackelige Lampen rum, bei denen einem der Lampenschirm entgegenflog. Der Dachboden sah aus wie ein Lager mit restlichen Möbeln und Kisten. 3 TVÂŽs, den großen im Wohnzimmer durfte man nicht benutzen, der kleine im an deren Zimmer hatte keinen Empfang. Es stand noch ein großer Tv im Schlafzimmer, den wir nicht benötigten dort und deshalb nicht ausprobierten, ob er funktioniert. Der Garten war total vertrocknet, ĂŒberall Ameisen. Man wird in der Infomappe schriftlich gebeten, den Garten zu wĂ€ssern, was wir 2x/Tag machten. Die Krönung waren dann die komplett durchgelegenen und versifften Matratzen im Schlafzimmer und die auf dem Dachboden. Man lag direkt auf dem Lattenrost durch. Wir haben noch versucht, dies mit Decken auszugleichen, was leider nicht geholfen hat. Nachdem wir dann 2 NĂ€chte ĂŒber das Wochenende hinweg ĂŒberhaupt nicht geschlafen haben vor Schmerzen, haben wir am Montag frĂŒh die Agentur kontaktiert, um dies zu reklamieren. Nach kurzem Hin und Her mit der EigentĂŒmerin wurde uns dann am selben Tag noch eine neue Matratze geliefert. Der 1 Stern in der Gesamtbewertung geht deshalb auch an die Agentur fĂŒr die schnelle Reaktion und Abhilfe. Aber ansonsten können wir dieses Haus auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

À fuir pour un sĂ©jour en famille. Repos impossible en journĂ©e et prestations inexactes.

TrĂšs trĂšs déçue, vacances en famille gĂąchĂ©es. La maison en elle-mĂȘme pourrait ĂȘtre un excellent lieu de repos et possĂšde de nombreuses qualitĂ©s. Toutefois, l'obscuritĂ© ne peux pas ĂȘtre obtenue en journĂ©e (sauf dans la salle Ă  manger) et le wifi est indisponible contrairement Ă  la description. Au total, nous devions sĂ©journer Ă  3 adultes, 1 bĂ©bĂ© de 1 an et 1 chien et je me suis retrouvĂ©e seule avec 1 bĂ©bĂ© de 1 an. NB : MalgrĂ© sollicitations, la gestionnaire ne m'a pas apportĂ© de solution.

par elle mĂȘme la maison serait tres bien si on pouvait dormir dans la chambre, le velux est de trop il ne fait jamais nuit dans la chambre ,maison froide et humide et la cuisine il manque un plan de travail . j ai Ă©tĂ© obligĂ© d acheter un saladier moyen car cela manquait les poeles sont pour 2 personnes donc une plus grande serait nĂ©cessaire location pour 5personnes les 2 plaques sont petites voila les quelques dĂ©fauts que nous avons trouvĂ© par contre le mĂ©nage a l arrivĂ©e n Ă©tait pas top . Ă©vier bouchĂ©

Bien située

Maison dans une ville calme proche de la mer et des commerces. La maison, en elle mĂȘme, est assez grande mais il manquerait des rangements dans la chambre du bas, un tiroir c'est un peu juste mais on se dĂ©brouille pour une semaine. La chambre du haut est nickel pour des ados. Le plus c est Alexandra de la conciergerie toujours dispo et trĂšs agrĂ©able, merci.

Maison agréable et bien située

Maison bien équipée, rénovée, qui offre différents espaces permettant à une famille de ne pas se sentir à l'étroit. Une véranda centrale bien agréable pour prendre les repas face au jardin. La maison est située dans une rue calme à cinq minutes à pied des premiers commerces, dix minutes de la plage surveillée. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour.
