About this property

Amazing pool a few steps from a sandy beach

Expertly renovated and beautifully appointed, bright one-bedroom deluxe unit in a secluded and gated (16 homes only) development with pool.

Upper unit in a two suite building, 850 sq ft including two balconies, and the only unit with a spacious cathedral-like ceiling all around.

Fully equipped with w/d/dw, gas stove and BBQ, fridge, built in purifier for drinking water, microwave oven, granite countertops and easy to clean ceramic tile floors throughout. Two AC units plus two ceiling fans. And yes, also toaster, blender, coffee maker, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, a built-in wall safe, 50" smart TV with Netflix and YouTube capabilities, Cable TV, plus Blu-Ray/DVD player.

Access to beach just across the street and around the corner, only about 100 meters away.

Easy walking distance to large shopping centres, convenience and grocery stores plus several restaurants. Only 15 minutes by taxi or bus to downtown PV.

Cozy, yet close to everything you may need and want, including WIFI zone.

Excellent hospital and ER across from Chedraui, within 5 minutes by taxi. It is called San Javier Marina, with English speaking doctors and staff.

Weekly cleaning of the suite included in stays over 14 nights.

Stays are two-week minimum from November 1, to April 15. All other times, one week minimum.

The condominium has security cameras aiming towards the entrance gate. Also, the suite has its own camera covering the area of the stairs accessing the unit's main door.

Normal use of utilities is included but electricity is capped at 400 kwh per month prorated to the length of your stay. Extra usage will be charged at US$ 0.50 (fifty cents) per kwh.

Long term stays are welcome.

Cecilia loves the beach and I enjoy fishing so, when we were looking for a snowbird property in preparation for our retirement years, we visited many places mostly in the Caribbean but when we visited Puerto Vallarta for the first time, we knew this would be the place; a beautiful blue sky and incredible orange sunsets mixed with the warmth of the friendly locals and a lot of activities and nightlife available made this town our choice.

From all the properties we visited, we fell in love with this one as soon as we entered through the door and we are very sure you would feel the same. We are proudly offering our beautiful home away from home to you should you decide to enjoy some time in Puerto Vallarta.

The complex is a close community, just one block from a sandy beach. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, supermarket, public market, Walmart, Sam's Club, two malls just to name a few, yet, it is quiet at night and very safe.

What makes this property unique

This is hands down the most beautiful suite in the complex. When this unit was remodelled, it was added at high vaulted ceiling throughout the unit, which gives it more amplitude and the warm feeling of an authentic Mexican house, although with modern comfort. This is the only unit of its kind in the complex. It is also beautifully decorated with art from local artisans and local and international artists.

Our unit also offers a purified water system and the Blue Flag certified "de Oro" sandy beach just 100mts away.
