Welcome to Condo Passion located on the 15th floor of Sunscape Resort and Spa. From your terrace look down onto the pool, palapa and grounds of the Sunscape Resort. Amazing Beaches and stellar sunsets await you. Enjoy watching dolphins and whales at different times of the year. Upgraded Wi-Fi for working remotely and newly installed workstation with a view! Within walking distance, you have the VIP theater, La Isla mall, restaurants, La Comer, Costco. Taxi and Uber are available at the entrance.

Please be aware that to access Sunscape Resort amenities, you must purchase an ALL-INCLUSIVE pass PAID BY YOU directly to Sunscape Resort. POSTED RATE is for the condo only.

The all-inclusive provides unlimited access to the hotel facilities, food, drinks, and alcohol. Included with the all-inclusive pass, Sunscape resort offers six dining options, including a buffet, à la carte restaurants, a grill, a snack truck, and a café depending on your purchase option. No reservations are required. Options are as follows:

Available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm: COCO CAFE - Café, THE SNACK MACHINE - Food truck, WORLD CAFÉ - International Buffet Restaurant, BARRACUDA - Pool bar, MANATEES - Swim-up bar, RENDEZVOUS - Lobby Bar.

Available from 6:00 pm until 11:00 pm along with previous options: DA MARIO - Italian Restaurant, SEASIDE GRILL - À la carte Restaurant, TIKI TACO - Mexican Restaurant

Pass prices are as follows:

During Spring and Autumn season prices for passes are as follows (April 28th to June 27th and August 18 to December 17th):

All-Inclusive Pass is 8:00 am to 11:00 pm – Child $38 USD per day, Adult $61 USD per day.

During Summer and Winter seasons prices for passes are as follows (June 28th to August 17th and December 18th to April 27th):

Full-Day Pass, 8:00 am to 11:00 pm – Child $42 USD per day, Adult $67 USD per day.

This allows you to venture out and try other restaurants without feeling like you have to eat at the hotel, or if you choose to save money, eat in. There is a fully equipped kitchen and two grocery stores nearby.

Gorgeous View!

We loved the view from the balcony and the condo was clean with a comfortable bed. This is an all-inclusive property so there is limited food options unless you buy a daily pass. However, there are lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The beach area is beautiful with lots of water activities available.

Lovely apartment for two. Nicely equipped and decorated. Comfortable bed and a view to die for from the deck. The only challenge was the smell from a neighbor who smoked marijuana constantly on their deck. Seascape is definitely a family oriented resort. Could use some TLC.

Amazing views!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely and comfortable condo in January and February. We have many positive things to say about our stay. It was everything we hoped it would be. Condo is exactly as described and pictured on the website. Clean, well equipped, comfy bed and furniture. Our questions were always promptly answered and addressed! The view is absolutely spectacular and was difficult to leave it behind on our last day. Best condo and experience we’ve ever had for our winter vacation. Kudos to the Property Girl Team. You’re the best!

This is our third time visiting Sunscapes. The location is central to restaurants shopping and an excellent ocean view. We enjoyed the decor in the unit very much. The king bed was very comfortable. Two problems we encountered were no hot water in the kitchen, bathroom hot water was no problem. I notified the the front dest the day before we departed as well as Julia the morning of our departure. The second was accessing the wifi (my wife and I tried over a dozen times between us. I reached out to your contact but I’m not fluent in Spanish. Over we enjoyed your unit very much and would recommend it to friends. I enjoy and recommend VRBO highly!!
