A peaceful Hill Country retreat just minutes from downtown Austin and Dripping Springs is back on the market! This clean and comfortable first-floor apartment features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a cozy twin bed—perfect for a friend, coworker, or child. Enjoy your favorite shows on the large-screen TV and stay connected with free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

We share the property with our friendly dogs (kept safely behind an invisible fence)—you’re welcome to say hello, but they won’t be near the apartment.

This space is ideal for a quick overnight stop, a weekend getaway for local Hill Country events, or a comfortable extended stay for work. It’s the perfect distance from Austin to enjoy both the city life and the quiet country charm. You’ll be just five minutes from grocery stores, coffee shop, and a variety of restaurants.

Our property offers the best of both worlds — a peaceful Hill Country setting on three partially wooded acres with local wildlife, chickens, and goats (kept away from the apartment), yet it’s just minutes from Austin and Dripping Springs. Guests love the quiet mornings, open skies, and the natural charm of the Hill Country, while still being close to restaurants and local attractions.
