Built in 2011, this is the perfect base for your next visit to the San Juan mountains! Radiant in-floor heat ensures a cozy stay. There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with bike tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay!

We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.

"Silverton." For those who have been here, merely mentioning the town name will resurrect powerful memories. Deep in the rugged San Juan mountains, the dreamy town sits at 9,318 ft and is hugged on all sides by majestic peaks. Outdoor recreation opportunities abound, from extreme winter sports to epic summer adventures.

This property is a newer build located right in town. Silverton is small, and everything is within walking distance. The house is great for groups small or large.

What makes this property unique

Silverton Adventure House is a cozy retreat in the rugged San Juan mountains. Radiant heat (in the floor) throughout the home ensures comfort during the cooler months. The house sits above a garage, with 1 small parking bay reserved for guests (plus plenty of outside parking). The garage is heated and contains ski/bike tools and wash supplies, and gear storage is available for your toys.
