Paradise Canyon Golf Resort - Luxury Villa 409

Bring the whole family and enjoy the spectacular elevated views of the Paradise Canyon Golf Course as well as beautiful views of the river bottom and coulees from your own private deck.

You will have access to both the upper and the lower level of this well-furnished villa with 2 kitchens, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms as well as an upper and lower deck. Perfect for multiple families or for a group of golfers. The villa can comfortably sleep 12 guests, or 8 golfers each with his/her own bed.

Guests can make themselves at home in the entire villa. A separate upstairs level with its own kitchen. There are a total of: 2 kitchens, 4 bedrooms (total of 5 Queen Beds), 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms.

Guests have access to:
• 18 Hole Championship Golf Course at discounted rates (April – October)*
• Onsite Restaurant at discounted rates (April – October)*
• Outdoor Swimming Pool / Hot Tub (June – September)*
• Multi-Sport Court area, with Tennis, Pickleball, & Basketball.
• Fitness Centre (Year Round)

In addition to the on-site activities at Paradise Canyon, you can visit the Front Desk at the clubhouse and we will give you suggestions for other local and area attractions. We've lived here all our lives and have been hosting guests from all over the world for many years, so we know a lot about the area and things to see and do. National Park hikes, E-bike rentals, kayak and paddle board rentals, UNESCO World Heritage sites, Birds of Prey interactive visits, historic sites and lots more.

We are onsite during regular working hours and are also available 24/7 by text or phone.

Paradise Canyon is a secluded river bottom, golf course community just outside of Lethbridge. Even though you're close to a good sized city with all of its shopping and amenities, you'll think you're in.... well... Paradise. Besides the onsite activities there are 2 National Parks, multiple Provincial Parks, 2 UNESCO World Heritage sites and many other activities and excursions.

To enjoy the area you will need to have a car.

Paradise Canyon family reunion

The golf course was excellent. The condo was perfect for us. Clean and quiet. We enjoyed the tennis/pickleball and basketball courts (although they couldn't find the key the first night).The food was great, we could have used 1 more server for 20 people (she was also bartending for us). Overall, we loved it and will be back!

Good set up for families

Great place for families! The multi-door set-up allows for flexibility in accommodating various family sizes and ages. It’s a little out of the way if you’re not spending your time in West Lethbridge but the price is reasonable and facilities are clean and in good condition.

You need to state in the info describing your 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa that it is actually 2 units. It worked out for us but it should be mentioned. The place was clean but it does need some maintenance completed.The location was amazing, the views spectacular!

Overall very happy with the process and property. We were attending a family wedding and needed accommodation for 9 people. We were able to book this property, both up and down units as well as the upper unit next door. We booked this quite in advance and had to make a couple of changes and the host immediately did this for us. We did find the heat in one of the units was not working (likely because we were right in the middle of a seasonal change) and once reported it was fixed within half an hour!! All in all, highly recommend for a larger gathering, the place is well laid out with each bedroom having its' own bathroom. Thank you making this so easy!

Wedding

A group of 9 uncles and aunts from Ontario, who flew in for our nephews wedding in Lethbridge. Arrived Friday evening had a relaxing morning Saturday before the wedding. Sunday afternoon we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was nice to be in the same home yet still have the privacy of our own bedrooms.A few extra blankets would have been nice, as it was a bit cold sleeping on the air mattress. The beds in the upstairs rooms were double beds not queens as advertised. Possibly back out curtains in the upstairs rooms as the drapes were fairly see though.The location and facilities were great. All the appliances worked and it was great having a BBQ.Would definitely recommend, and stay here again if in the area.
