Nous avons bien été accueilli par Micheline à l'arrivée qui s'est rendu disponible et avenante. La maison est agréable et spacieuse. La piscine à peine assez chaude.

Déception

Nous avons loué cette propriété 15 jours. Nous étions 2 couples avec 3 enfants. La chambre des enfants est sous les combles. Problème ; le toit était infesté de loirs. Bien entendu personne ne nous avait signalé ce problème. Outre les nuisances sonores (les loirs qui grattent le placoplatre toute la nuit et terrorisent les enfants), de nombreux trous ont été faits par les bêtes pour entrer dans la chambre (certains trous étaient rafistolés par le propriétaire; preuve qu'il était bien au courant du problème) nous retrouvions donc régulièrement des excréments dans la chambre des enfants (excréments qui sont porteurs de maladie telles que la salmonellose). La chambre des enfants était donc inutilisable et cela a gâché notre séjour. La seule solution que nous a proposé le propriétaire était de partir et de nous rembourser le prorata des jours restants!! Une solution qui n'en est pas une étant donné que nous sommes 7 et trouver un logement en août du jour pour le lendemain est impossible. Il nous a ensuite dit qu'il avait contacté une société de dératisation mais qui n'est jamais venue à cause de "problèmes techniques" selon le propriétaire...bien évidemment nous n'avons eu aucun dédommagement de la part du propriétaire alors que nous n'avons pas pu jouir convenablement du bien qui était insalubre (crottes de loirs dans la hotte de la cuisine également juste au dessus du plan de travail). Je ne recommande absolument pas cette location !!

Lovely property with great pool

Property was really good for a large family. Kids really enjoyed the pool and house was very comfortable with everything we needed for a hassle free holiday.
