RAVINALA MARTINIQUE welcomes you in his luxury air-conditioned apartment with sea view and private parking. Les Trois Ilets is of course the most sought after place in Martinique for its many nearby beaches, restaurants and tourist attractions.

¤ Comfortable apartment in a recent villa in ground garden, can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (12 years maximum), very quiet close to the shuttles for Fort de France, not far from the beaches of Anse Mitan, from Anse à l'Âne and Anses d'Arlet and close to shops, restaurants, golf, ranch & animations of Pointe du Bout.

¤ Nice covered terrace of 15m2 with view on the bay of Fort de France in residential and calm district where you will appreciate to taste the local Ti Punch.

¤ In addition to its magnificent terrace this T2 is composed of a living room with sofa BZ convertible and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with basin, toilet and washing machine.

¤ Linen provided (sheets, towels, tea towels)

¤ Cool box available for your picnics as well as fins, masks & snorkels.

¤¤¤ RAVINALA MARTINIQUE offers you a Planter on your arrival and your first breakfast ¤¤¤

On your arrival RAVINALA MARTINIQUE asks you a deposit of 350 € (check or cash) at the state of the places of entry and returned to your exit if the apartment is consistent and a cleaning fee of 50 €.
Reservations canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded 100%. If the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the date of the beginning of the stay, the sums paid will not be refunded.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! L'appartement est très confortable, tout équipé avec une grande baie vitrée et une terrasse super agréable. Il y a un stationnement privé et vous pouvez vous rendre rapidement à la plage. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons même ce logement à nos proches. Laurent est un hôte formidable et nous somme très heureux de notre séjour.

Appartement parfait pour deux personnes. Apparemment en rez de chaussé, accolé au garage de l'hôte donc pas de vis à vis direct, très bien équipé, avec climatisation, terrasse très agréable et hôte très réactif, agréable, discret et chaleureux. Avantage non négligeable, l'hôte est aussi Vtc ! Ça nous a bien desservi durant notre séjour ! On recommande !

Deuxième séjour chez Laurent et Agnés . Nous y allions en toute confiance et encore une fois nous n'avons pas été déçu.
