In the commune of Mesquer, we offer you this attractive, fully-renovated 2-storey house with a surface area of 350 m², located around 30 meters from the beach and able to accommodate up to 12 people for a memorable stay. It features an attractive living room with functional fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and three bathrooms. You'll also enjoy a 1400 m² private garden! We're waiting for you!

The home is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A beautiful 100 m² living room with TV lounge area, open kitchen and large dining table (14 people)
- A fully-equipped kitchen: raclette machine, blender, pierrade, plancha, oyster knives and forks, Nespresso and Italian coffee maker.
- Back kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and shelving for storage and dining
- Bedroom 1: 24 m² master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin (12 m²), single bed (90×190) + 1 baby bed
- Separate WC with vestibule

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed + access to small sea-view terrace
- Bedroom 3: double bed + bathroom (with shower) + WC, double washbasin + access to terrace
- Bedroom 4: bunk bed + 1 single bed
- Bedroom 5: bunk bed + 1 single bed
- Shower room with vanity unit
- Separate WC
All bedrooms are between 15 and 17 m².

Exterior:
- Wooden terrace with barbecue for sunny days
- An enclosed, private garden of 1400 m².

The house is ideally located in Mesquer, in a very pleasant environment to spend good times with friends or family. You'll benefit from optimum comfort to enjoy the beauty of the Guérande peninsula. You'll also be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities:
- Mesquer's large family beach is a stretch of fine sand that's perfect for seaside activities. The lifeguard post, open in July and August from 12pm to 7pm (dates and times non-contractual, subject to change), ensures the safety of all. A tiralo is available at the SNSM station to enable people with reduced mobility to swim.
- The channel is the starting point for numerous water sports activities.
- The beach, accessible via 6 entrances, is equipped with toilets and showers.
- In summer, the “Les Mouettes” beach club is a delight for children. During the season, sandcastle competitions are organized (ask at the Tourist Office).
- A pétanque court with games, rackets and a badminton net are also available for your entertainment.
- You can also join the “La Pointe de Merquel” walking trail (12 km circuit to be discovered in the topoguide “Les Belles Echappées” - on sale at the Tourist Office).
- Numerous activities on site (Sailing, Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Watersports, Catamaran, Fishing ,Tennis, Several Golfs, Horse riding, Accrobranche, Hiking...) and a children's club on the beach with swimming pool and swimming lessons.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: La Baule, about 20 km away (28 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Nantes, approx. 92 km (1h14 by car)

Other remarks:
- Bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels if required, to be ordered via a service provider who will put them on site before your arrival (very easy to organize).
- For children: 2 baby cots, high chair, mattress, TV corner upstairs.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
