Loved the cozy rooms with lovely decor. The view and river sounds from the back deck were just what we were looking for. Property was convenient to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Hi Mary,
I'm happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and everything RMNP has to offer!
We had a lovely extended weekend stay (mid-October). This unit was nice for my spouse and me. We each had our own bathroom so it made getting ready for hikes much more streamlined. The property is a bit older but the furnishings were nice and the bed was comfortable.

This condo was perfect! Right by the river, peaceful and close to the park entrance. Just far enough away from the busy town center and in a beautiful location. The condo was comfortable and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

My adult children and my husband shared this property as we were in town for a wedding. The place is just as advertised and lovely next to a running river and a bit farther out of town for peace, but still very convenient. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would recommend!

The sound of the river running off the balcony was amazing, perfect to fall asleep to and wake up to. Pullout was comfier than most. Loved 2 bathrooms. Perfect for our lil family and our lil getaway. Not too far from downtown or the entrance to Rocky Mtn.
Thanks for letting us stay!

Rachael,
We are happy to hear you had a great time and enjoyed your stay with us! We are glad our place was perfect for you and your family and you enjoyed the vacation!
This condo was great for our family of 4. We were able to use the grills for dinner and loved having separate bathrooms for the kids. The only bad thing was that it was very hot and there is no AC, but a condo we stayed in in Vail also didn’t, so maybe it’s a mountain thing. They had fans, but the air was so still it didn’t help a ton.

Kari:
We are glad your family had a great stay. It seems the food tastes better when grilling in the fresh mountain air! We are sorry that you stayed during a warmer spell across the country. Opening the sliding glass door and a window to get a cross breeze with a fan going usually does the trick. You are correct, most places in Estes Park do not have air conditioning due to being at a higher elevation. We hope you can visit again in the future.

It was adequate & very close to RMNP, which was great b/c we like to hike. The condo would be perfect for 2 couples, b/c it had 2 bathrooms & a door that could turn the 1 bedroom into 2 bedrooms. It had everything we needed to cook & enjoy our meals & the towels were hotel quality. We enjoyed the view from our balcony & walking along the river behind our condo. There was plenty of wildlife to see & lovely weather. The owner was quick to respond, when I had a question.

Nothing special … just ok
Beautiful location and proximity to Rocky Mountain national Park, but this lodge is in need of severe updating and air conditioning !!!! I don’t care how cold it gets in the mountains at night. You need to have air conditioning for your guest. Most units and furnishes are outdated but if you don’t mind that it’s quiet place surrounded by nature- final two words: air conditioning !!!!!

Hello:
We are sorry that you were unhappy with your stay. I am unclear on your comments about the unit being outdated. This unit has recently been painted, had new flooring put in most of the unit, and has updated wall decor. Unfortunately, there were a few warmer days in our area (and across many parts of the nation). We encourage guests to utilize the fan/s with opening windows/sliding glass door to get a nice cross breeze. We wish you would have notified us while on property, and we could have considered other options for you.

We arrived later in the evening and keys were left outside which made us feel insecure. I saw multiple guests with check-in issues. The pool and laundry facility hours were not suitable for our families needs. Our swimming was cut short after a long day in the park. Laundry can only happen 9-5pm which is when we were enjoying our vacation as a family. Multiple negative interactions with the staff.
The condo unit was adequate for a family of 3.

Really enjoyed this property. The location is great, quiet, away from the crowds and loved the river running thru the property. It was convenient to have 2 bathrooms and 2 beds. The sofa bed is foam and comfortable. The King bed is on the firmer side. For the pillows you have option of feather, or firm polyfill. There are 3 fans to use in the summer. The dresser drawers are already filled with blankets, sheets, quilt, etc, so if you like putting clothes in dressers you will not be able to. It was about 80 degrees in Estes for our 4 days and we slept well leaving windows open. Enjoyed having a balcony to relax in the beauty outside. The pool area and pool was very nice with warm water. While the kitchen is stocked with essentials, we still had to purchase items from the grocery to be able to cook. We used the gas grill outside which was in great shape, however, we needed foil or grill spray to prevent sticking of food. Additionally, if you have leftovers you will need to bring your own ziplock bags, or buy plastic containers. For seasoning options there is salt/pepper, Mrs. Dash, and garlic powder. There are some tea bags, sugar packets, and Folgers coffee packets, and Microwave popcorn.
The property is 4 miles from town, 1 mile from an ice cream shop with a few grocery options.
Also about 1 mile from a RMNP entrance to Old Fall River Rd. Which takes you to the Alpine Visitors Center. Highly recommend going up Old Fall River Rd, and down Trail Ridge Rd.

Thank you for providing your review for both us and other people wanting to stay in this unit. It sounds like you were able to enjoy many of the amenities within the unit and on property. The extra bedding is provided for those that want to use the sofa sleeper, or sometimes need an extra cover up. We will double check the supply of plastic containers for leftovers that are currently in the condo. We hope you are able to come join us in the future.

The condo worked great for my husband and I. We loved the creek and watching the elk off the deck. Easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. The kitchen was very well stocked however that didn’t leave us with any cabinets to keep our food. The carpet in the bedroom really needed to be shampooed. The 2 bathrooms for a one bedroom condo was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again!! Thank you!
This place was so clean and had a lot of amenities. It was so close to the park and downtown Estes so great location. The back patio overlooking the river was our favorite part of our stay.
Close to the RMNP entrance. Minutes to get to town. It was clean & had everything needed for a few days stay. The sliding glass door to balcony was a little stiff to open/close & lock was not functional but had door bar to secure. Leak in hall bathtub spout reported but not fixed during stay. Also had neighboring unit leave bathroom fan on for 2 nights that disrupted sleep somewhat (thin walls). Overall very good.
This property was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and the kids loved the hide-a-bed. My one and only complaint is that the pool was not filled and I was told it would be. All in all we had a fabulous trip and stay in this condo!
This condo was simply perfect for what I needed. I loved eating my breakfast on the balcony each morning and hearing the river below and seeing the beautiful forest! The bed was very comfortable, as was the living area. The only thing I didn’t anticipate was needing to bring any kind of food prep, like tin foil or plastic baggies—sometimes, those are available at a rental property, but here, it’s kind of bare bones, so if you’re doing any kind of cooking, be sure to bring all that you need. I can’t wait to stay here again!

We loved this property. It is close to the National park entrance. It only takes a few minutes to get to town. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Ordering supplies was simple with their online form. The units sliding glass door didn’t lock so they had a board in the track. We would definitely stay here again!
This property is great for 2 people. Nicely decorated and comfy furniture. It's not very big but just enough space to have a nice stay for 2-4 days. Enjoyed the small deck and watching the birds. It's super close to RMNP entrance and not very far to drive into downtown Estes.
This property was conveniently close to the Fall River entrance and only 10 minutes from downtown Estes Park. The amenities were nice with Kitchen, two bathrooms and a large living area and bedroom. We especially enjoyed the babbling brook in the back yard!
