On the ground floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a NON-SMOKING, NO PETS, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thompson river and Fall river. Newly renovated and furnished, this unit sleeps 1 or 2 adults in the bedroom (queen bed) and maybe a child or two on the sofa bed located in the living room, next to the fire place. The living room has a build-in gas fireplace, a cozy couch, free cable and also lots of DVDs to choose from for a very nice romantic evening. One bath with shower, in-room jetted tub and grills (outside). Condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee Pot, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, pots and pans. All you need to bring is your food, your favorite recipes and special spices/ingredients.

In the loft are provided also full sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

WiFi internet and cable channels provided.

Walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk.
